+ -1 moreI had talked to the guy about my shrubs. He had a philosophy that he would only cut new growth. That may have been okay had he done it more often. The shrubs continued to grow where they would touch my house. He even let the shrub grow into the sidewalk; half of the sidewalk was not usable because the shrub was growing so large. I tried to work with him, but what I wanted done wasn’t his way of doing the job and he wouldn’t change his ways. We did end up parting ways. I would give him an A for the rest of the work, but the shrubs quality I would give an F. He did always show up when he was supposed to.
Description of Work: He was doing my yard maintenance. I had an annual contract.

Description of Work: Eventhough the work that was done looked excellent, I am having problems with plants that have grown and caused damage to my yard. We spent tons of money with this company and had problems with the owners attitude. In our last conversation he hung up the phone and never came back to complete the problem. His reputation for the beauty of his work preceeds him, however, he is a ticking time bomb with his attitude about his work.

+ 1 moreWe have an annual contract. He is very reliable. He has subcontractors that do lawn fertilization and our only problem is that he doesn't monitor his subcontractors and they don't give us any feedback regarding the fertilization and condition of our lawn. We don't know if they give him that information but we don't get proper service when we subcontract it through him. He has a competitive price but we want the feedback and we will discuss that when our contract comes due.
Description of Work: We use A R A Lawn Services for mowing and trimming. They have also put down mulch in the past. Their subcontractor does our lawn fertilization.
