+ -1 moreI arrived this morning at 11:45 a.m. It is now 4:00 p.m. and no one has called to apologize, reschedule me or give an excuse for bad service.
Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment for me. When I called to confirm with the number they provided, there was no voice mail. When I showed up the next day, "Bo" gave me option to stay at location to have the tech come to me or me go to her. Happened to be his wife. I chose to drive to her. When I arrived, I pulled on door and knocked and noone answered. I called him to see if he had called her to let her know I was coming. "No, she's supposed to be there, let me call again." He hangs up on me. I call a couple of minutes later and he said that he didn't know where she was he will try again and without a "bye" or "call you back", he hangs up on me again. I call and his daughter answered. I asked to speak to him and if I could get a formal name to call him. She said "Landis". She said he left to look for his wife. That's it. No call, nothing. Didn't even call to say that she was safe.
