Description of Work: our septic pump went out, KLP replaced that, but the lid was corroded and needed to be replaced.

Description of Work: When we found a major leak in our outside underground water line in June, Ken showed up that evening after he'd finished other work and put in a temporary line. Today he came out and actually put in an all new line - we waited on purpose for various reasons. He showed up with his wonderful crew at the appointed time, got it done in about 4 hours by boring under the concrete driveway, cleaned up ALL of it, and left it so you would never know what he had done. He's done work for us before - our first experience with him was when our water heater gave out and he showed up that afternoon, went and bought a new one at his contractor discount, and installed the whole thing by 7 p.m., all for $800. This guy is exceptional, and so are the folks that work for him.

Description of Work: whole house filter installed repair to copper pipe outside foundation due to rupture

Description of Work: Came the first day, gave an estimate. Set date for repair approximately 4 days later. Did not show at appointed time, called him and he was out trying to locate the part he needed. Could not locate a quality part, rescheduled for a week later while the parts arrived I selected through a supply company he uses. One week later, and the day of the next appointment(set for first thing that morning), still no show and no phone call. I called him after 10 and asked if he had forgotten the appointment and he stated that he had not, but the part had not yet came in. I was upset that the parts weren't in yet, but he assured me they would arrive promptly at 11:00 and he would be the around 12-1pm. 1:30 still no call no show. I called and called and he would not return my calls. After I tried to contact the plumber, I went to the supply company around 4:00, to see if I could just order the parts myself and was told that my parts that were order for me had been there at the supply store since Friday. I am not sure why I was mislead to believe the parts had not arrived yet, maybe the plumber had to much on his plate and could not complete his scheduled appointments for the day. I tried to call and I left messages that if he wasn't able to make to please call and we could reschedule that I had plans to go out of town and we could have rescheduled upon my return, instead he had me wait from around 9am to 4pm trying to contact him with no results.

Description of Work: I had a kitchen sink that was leaking whenever I was using it, a garbage disposal that didn't work. He's replaced my water heater. He also fixed an issue where we had water coming up in our tub and shower. And you can call him anytime. He is phenomenal, he tells you as he fixes it what he's doing. If its a simple fix he'll tell you how to fix it next time without calling him to save you some money.

Description of Work: We wanted a utility sink installed in our laundry room. Kenneth answered my call, came the next day to give us an estimate, made an appointment to do the work the next week, and followed up very well. We were very pleased with the response and the work performed.
