PRO APPLIANCE

My technician was Willy mock. He did an excellent job of being prompt, doing the repair, communicating with me, and being certain the job was done well before leaving. I was extremely well satisfied. Thank you, Pro Appliance of Portal!

Service was prompt, repairman polite but more importantly it was done right! Used another service before that was cheaper but then had to call Pro appliance when the same problem happened again and the other guy refused to come back.

He would call and leave a message with a phone number to call (the number he called from did not display) and when we called it was a message with their hours of operation.This went back and forth for weeks. We were not able to get him to answer this number. Finally got a call from him on Friday 5/10/13 and we set up a time for the repair for the following Wednesday afternoon. Waited all afternoon and he didn't come or call to say he wasn't coming. Very frustrating experience. Horrible customer service .Very unprofessional. Ended up calling the manufacturer back and they suggested another repairman who came out the following day.

In addition, I've used Pro Appliance over the 19 years I've been living back in south Georgia, I've called them many times for appliance repair: my GE refrigerator, my garbage disposal, the washer and dryer, and my dishwasher. They have always been on time, pleasant to deal with, and had reasonable prices. Several times, they've recommended repairs that would cancel the need for a new appliance. I won't call anyone else and I recommend Pro Appliance to everyone I know.

They have made two trips to my home. Both times they showed up some time other than the time we agreed upon. The repairman called to ask where I was (I was at work) but I could not call back because he has a cell phone that doesn't display the number he calls from. His work was shoddy and incompetent. In both visits he didn't have the parts he needed to service the equipment he had been contracted to service. In both visits he failed to fix the leak he was there to fix. In his last visit he also manage to short circuit the dishwasher's electrical system into my plumbing thus creating a dangerous situation for me. When I called them for the third time they told me that they had closed the service request and I would have to start the process over from the beginning (a nightmare of 1-800 numbers, voice response menus "for service press 3, etc", and so on). When I became angry they hung up on me. DO NOT, under any circumstances, deal with Pro Appliance. They are unprofessional and dangerously incompetent.
