Description of Work: The owner was constantly calling wanting to change my appointment time. She kept telling me "It's just this one time" so I agreed. But the "just one time" became a constant annoyance to me as she continued to call to change my appointment time. When I first hired her she set up the appointment time which was to be Mon@9:30 every 2 weeks. If I said no to the day and time change, the cleaning person would show up hours late. I had enough when she called in Dec telling me she had big cleaning jobs scheduled this month and I was being selfish not to change my day and time. I fired her.

Description of Work: I contacted JC's Cleaning Team about 2 months ago to schedule a cleaning. They were prompt and gave me a very reasonable quote. They did a fantastic job! So much so I now use them for regular cleaning. They are professional, thorough and quick!

+ -1 moreBeautifully. We were completely satisfied. Ivan's came out, accurately assessed the necessary work, quoted a price in line with other quotes, showed up on time and performed as expected.
Description of Work: Thoroughly cleaned large house (approximately 3500 sq. ft.) in four hours. Dusted, vacuumed, thoroughly cleaned kitchen and 31/2 baths.

+ -1 moreOne woman arrived about 10 min. early, which is good. Cleaned bedrooms, bath , kitchen , and living room She did an excellent job. This is the second time I used them and each time my wife was very pleased with the work preformed.
