Very qualified and the rate was very reasonable

On 4/1/2020 Two Men and a Truck moved my belonging from a 3 bedroom house in Savannah, Georgia to Pooler, Georgia. Services were very professionally provided from the request for a quote to the completion of the move. Jennifer from the office was most accommodating by immediatey providing a quote and kept me abreast of information I needed to be aware of throughout the process. The guys that came to move me on 4/1/2020 were the best!! My hat is off to Travis, Richard and Mikey for a job well done. The cost for services was reasonable. The guys were very personable and handled my possessions with the best of care. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for anyone who is considering movers for relocation. I highly recommend this company and their staff. This was a pleasant experience and I will use them again.

It went very well. They sent 3 guys. They were fast and efficient and didn't damage anything. It was a good experience. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Excellent! The crew arrived on time, provided professional service. Loaded all items without delay, wrapping those items that required padding. Once on site a the new residence they unloaded and spotted all furniture as requested, re-assembled beds, and completed the job in about three hours. I will use again if needed.

First they were about 2 hours late in getting to my house, then they ran their truck into a ditch in front of my house tearing up the concrete, running over freshly planted shrubbery and damaging my mailbox. Took nearly 2 hours and a call to the police before they got the truck back on the road. They did pay me for the damage to mailbox.

It went great, they were on time and very nice. They did a great job. I had a lot of anxiety since I hired Move Buddies to pack and move my parents and Move Buddies did a horrible job, but Two Men & a Truck were very professional and assured me everything would be fine! They were done in 3 1/2 hours.

I have moved dozens of times in the past, and used many different movers. The service provided by Two Men and a Truck was the best moving experience I have encountered. Being a physician with high expectations, I was very impressed along every stage; from the initial appointment for an in home estimate, to full packing services, loading, transport, unloading, and closing paperwork. I did an exhaustive search within my community, utilizing on-line reviews, Angies List, MovingScam.com, etc. I prepared a 4 page list of questions for the initial interview. This leg work teased out the competition and in the end I chose Two Men and a Truck for my long distance move from Savannah to Maryland. Rick did the initial estimate and all promises were kept. The final cost ended up less than the calculated not to exceed price by several hundred dollars! I had a lot of very heavy furniture, and several valuable items, so I was anxious at the beginning of the process. Had I known how smooth it would be, I would never had worried at all. The moving crew Joe, Tracy, Robert, and Houston are very hard working, meticulous, professional, careful, and possess superhuman strength. They were also very courteous, respectful, friendly, and patient with our two young children.. I would highly recommend the Savannah based Two Men and a Truck without any hesitation. In my experience, their service is superb and unequalled.

I contacted Two Men and a Truck and was able to book a move over the phone about 10 days in advance. We went through the furniture to be moved over the phone and I was given an estimate of time for the move and a rate of $175 an hour. We agreed that three men would be provided, as just having two is an option. We had already moved many of the boxes and lighter items ourselves since it was a local move so we were down to heavy items for this final phase of the move. We also went ahead and had all the beds broken down and items were organized in rooms free of anything on them, basically the just needed to be blanket wrapped and picke up. The three men showed up promptly on time and had called me twenty minutes out to let me know they would be at the house in 20 minutes. The three men were all courteous and professoinal. We did a walk through of the house to confirm what was to be moved, we reviewed the contract and estimated costs and they got to work. All the furntire was blanket wrapped and then wrapped in plastic to hold the blanket in place. They were careful with our furniture and loaded up as quickly as possible. I have used other movers in the past who seemed to need prodding to keep moving and seemed to move as slowly as humanly possible. These guys kept moving and were fast, also note that it was humid and about 95 degrees but they did not slow down. After they loaded up the truck we did a final walk through to make sure they had gotten everything. We headed to the new house, did a walk through as to a general idea as to where everything was to go and they unloaded as quickly as possible. They also had to move one piece of furniture twice becaue it did not work where we first thought it should, but they kept saying that if we wanted anything moved around before they left to just ask. The finished up, we went over the contract, paid the bill and they were gone. All in all one of the best moving experiences we have had.

Fantastic service. They were training a new guy so I actually had 3 men and a truck for the price of 2. The movers knew I had a limited budget and worked hard and fast to get the job done and within my budget. With the 3rd man, my entire move (3 bedroom apt to 3 bedroom house - all furniture, no boxes) took just 2 hours. The men were very nice. Even though they worked fast they also made sure things like delicate antique curio cabinets were not damaged in the move. Having 2 men and a truck move my furniture was probably the easiest and less stressful part of my entire move! I highly recommend them. Even though I don't plan on moving for a long long long time ... I would use them again in a heartbeat!!

He comes once every year. He is good. My recommendation is to check the truck before they leave because sometimes they leave things in there. If you don't find out, it might be too late. They are a good moving company, they are reliable.

Two Men and a Truck moved our household goods and some boxes.

Overall they did a great job. Baring a few mares on the walls and floor I think they did great. A few of the items were pretty heavy to begin with so unless they were all Brutuses there's no way they could have avoided the digs. Nothing a little paint can't fix.

Went quick and great! They were quick. They got there and introduced themselves. After that went right to work. I am very pleased.

It went great. The crew called and asked if they could come a few minutes early. Absolutely. They were very professional and courteous. I would definitely use them again.

Though they were running just a little late, they immediately went to work when they arrived and didn't stop til they finished. They were professional, courteous, and really pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Good. Everything was timely, (Arrival/Actual work) and placed in the new home in the locations requested, including some heavy items upstairs. There was no damage to the stairwell. The only negative thing is that when I said that I was moving a treadmill and a home gym and that they would go upstairs, it was recommended that I get three guys instead of two. Which was more expensive. However, it only took the two of them to get the items upstairs. I could have had the job done with just two guys. There was never an onsite meeting at my initial residence. Everything was handled over the phone.

They came on time and gave an itemized bid, very professional. Also sent a written proposal via email to confirm.

Two Men and a Truck was AMAZING!!!! They arrived early, were professional, took great care of our belongings and were a pleasure to work with. They bill by the hour so the charges are clear and reasonable. We were so pleased by their work we happily tipped more and will not use anyone else for moving services.

It was a standard fee; I thought it was reasonable. I used them because they have a name that is easy to remember; they have good marketing. The quality was good; they did a good job.

We are moving two seperate apartments so the woman came out to give us a quote for both. She was very pleasant. She got here on time and she knew what she was doing. She asked all of the right questions. We are still waiting on the final quote, but so far we are happy with them.

The office manager returned calls promptly and was extremely helpful with answering questions and setting up jobs. The men who did the work arrived promptly and did an excellent job. They worked steadily and did not waste time (jobs pay by the hour). They knew how to dismantle the furniture. They moved things really carefully and did not put a mark on the walls. They knew how to pack the container and truck so that much more fit into them than we thought would be possible. And they had a good attitude and were very personable. We're doing this move in several steps, and we've already booked the same guys for the next phase of it.

When Two Men and a Truck from Pooler unloaded the PODS/garage the following month, (May, 2008) damage was discovered on several pieces. One of the movers commented that he was surprised the initial movers did not use blankets to wrap our furniture but plastic wrapped most items. Unfortunately this plastic heated up in the PODS and took the veneer off in bubbles from an oak library case that belonged to my grandfather. Another piece (hutch/credenza) by Hooker of North Carolina was scratched up very badly on one side. Another piece (bedside table) by Lane was chipped. I did not even include a 1880 s fully restored piece in the dining room that had veneer/wood torn and pulled back. The reason I know that the men from Two Men and a Truck did this damage is as follows: I have pictures of the library case plastic wrapped and also of me cutting the plastic off revealing the bubbles. The hutch/credenza had never been moved from its original spot when the furniture company delivered it. This is also the case for our bedroom furniture (bedside table). Lane furniture delivered it and set it up. Another item, the 1880 s china cabinet was delivered blanket wrapped in the winter of 2004 by a professional mover after being purchased and refurbished. This piece has since been in the same location. I did not hear from Two Men and a Truck after the damage report was filled out. I called several weeks later asking for an update. I was told it had gone to corporate and I would be notified. My husband and I received an envelope dated June 16th, 2008 with a check for $100.00. No letter of explanation or anything. Just an envelope with a check. If this is how your company/franchises operate, I will be sure to tell my clients and anyone else. As a real estate agent, it is important for me to provide my clients with the best service from the beginning to the end. I will not recommend your moving company to anyone in the coastal Georgia region. Accidents happen and so do damages. However, how you handle it is the difference between your company and the next one down the road. You guys missed the mark. Since your local company did not request my pictures of the damage, call me as a courtesy, or offer to send a furniture repairman, I am sending your $100.00 check back. You obviously need it more than my business.
