Terminix - Pooler -Termite & Pest Control

Great the monthly mosquito service is wotking! Pest control was able to provide quick, professional services without up charges until we had it under control! The other crews did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and professional. The other crews need to use the technology and courtesies the pest dept does on arrival times!

Their services did not were not effective at all and wanted us to pay an additional $6000 for more work. We ended up going with another company.

I'm not pleased. I've had a few problems and they always tell me that they can't address the issue with the pest control. I had them use some scare tactics on the termite inspection. I had someone else come out to check what they had told me and found out it was not exactly as they have described. They need to stick to their pest control and termite control and not try to spare the crawlspace of the houses. They needed to just stay with what they have been doing and not scare people. I've been a customer for a long time. They've been pushing to do an encapsulation of the crawlspace of my house. I'm very displeased. They were quoting me to do what they wanted to do with $30000. It quickly came down to $22000. That raised red flags with me. The young man who comes out and actually does the pest control has always been very professional and very nice. I don't have a problem with him. We got the termite control people who come in and try to scare you.

It went fine. They did the entire perimeter of the home and placed roach bait cardboard inside. On another note . My Mother Edna L. Russell, age 90 years, 6 months, died on February 25, 2015. I did not know if I could afford Terminix anymore on my pension. I cancelled services. I realized recently, I could not afford not to have them. So, I restarted my contract. They will be here next week, to perform insect maintenance. I sure miss my Mama. She was a great lady, in her own right, and to me. James Russell

They did as they were supposed to do. The warranty was supported I don't think anyone else offers a warranty for years.

The previous owners of our new home had a contract with Terminex, they were wanting to switch this over to us. They said they would have to charge us another $400 for an inspection, that they already did just recently. This inspection has to be done for the purchase of the home.

They're the only once I knew about. They service two in a home. I went with them even though I maybe switching the one in Atlanta but the one out here, I don't think there's anybody who works anytime and it really is the reconstruction part of the contract that attracts us to them. They rebuild the termites do enter and re-did the damage. They do come a year and inspect and the end of contract that enables the rebuild if there's any damage. They're inspecting all the time...flies or termites; they're going to treat it and rebuild that area. If they find termites or damage it wasn't their fault because they inspected it. So far I don't have any complains.

Terrible experience. The service man was very unprofessional, and continually let me know how far his house was from my location; like I was interested in that. Barely sprayed for insects; although he did kill some wasps nests. Did not treat the carpenter bees as I was told that would be done! I brought this to his attention, and he said don't worry about them, they will be going away soon. He was more scared of snakes, and reminded me of this. What a Wimp! Yes, Georgia has snakes, I told him. OMG!

The guy was personable. He took care of business was in and out. He was reliable company and personable employees.

I bought my home in 1994. We live in the south and Termites are a real problem. The previous owner had a Termite Guarantee with Terminix so we continued to use their services. We paid an annual fee for a Termite inspection and re-treatment if there was any signs of Termite activity. First of all, Terminix kept reasing the cost of the annual agreement. Then they provided less and less customer service. They would not call to schedule the annual inspection. It was the customer's responsibility to call them to make the appointment. They didn't seem to have a problem remembering to send me a bill! The final straw was when I received a card in the mail telling me "Sorry we missed you" after they were scheduled to come out for our annual inspection. I was home for that appointment and they did not show up. A proper Termite inspection includes both an outside and inside inspection. I called them and talked to a supervisor and told them no one showed up so the technician had lied about completing an inspection. I made another appointment for an inspection and no one showed up again! I just got tired of them increasing our annual costs while their customer service kept getting worse. Terminix is a rip off.

I also have the pest control which is excellent to have. You can call them anything you see a bug.

They sent out a lady to do an inspection for an infestation in my home. They were supposed to come out the night before so I didn't expect them to come at all after not hearing from them. But when she arrived I informed her I had so many price quotes from all the surrounding companies I knew i wouldn't be able to afford an exterminator for my problem and had already begun dealing with the issue myself. What really surprised me and was completely different than any of the other people I contacted and met with is she was very supportive of me doing it myself and gave me tips and seemed pleased in the steps I was taking. I feel that she truly was on my side for my family's best interest and not out for the money. She was kind and offered to stay and inspect (even after i informed her i couldn't afford her) and I discussed the other businesses in the area and their prices along with their processes and she told me if I needed help going with one of the other companies (even over hers) was the best bet. She then added quickly that I shouldn't need help because I was doing a great job. I never expected that sort of help from Terminix.

Having recently rented a very old farm house, I was in dire need of pest control. I contacted Terminex, having utilized them for the past 23 years at my previous residence. The technician that responded was on time, polite and very professional. He treated the inside and outside of the residence, thoroughly explained the contract and future treatments. The overall experience was very professional.

We had a really bad infestation of roaches and spiders. They came out and within two weeks they were gone. Around 3 weeks I saw another roach and called them up and they came out and resprayed again for free. They also treat the yard around the home to keep them from coming back inside the house. With neighbors and not knowing how infested there houses are we still didn't see anymore roaches. our neighbors were also infested and used the service and they too saw a major improvement within 2 weeks. Wonderful people and great service.

I have had continued problems with roaches in my kitchen. I hired a company that came twice without actually talking with me about the problem. I had told the person on the phone but apparently it was not conveyed to the service rep. I called Northwest and a sales rep came to my home and looked over the property and gave me a good start up price and monthly charge. The service rep has been out twice. The first time is when I paid the start up fee; he came two weeks later to follow up at no charge. I've only seen one roach since they sprayed. I'm very happy and will continue to use this company.

We like Terminix service, politeness, and their expertise.

Brice's inspection found termites but the owner decided to use their own service to treat them. Brice was more than fair in cost on that. Then when we took possession of our house it had a huge flea infestation. Brice was great about getting an exterminator out right away while we were out of town and so far (two weeks later) there's no sign of fleas. This was a huge help to us -- moving can be enough of a headache. Moving all your furniture and having it get fleas would make it worse!

They come out quarterly for pest control and check twice a year for termites. We only had one time when we had some ants appear and called them. They they came right away and got rid of them, so, I guess that was very positive. They got rid of the ants in one visit and it was in-between their routine stuff.

They come every three months. They spray the whole of the outside parameters for me for any kind of bugs. They came inside it was a part of the service but only when I requested. I would recommend them. I can see the guy through the window in the backyard and he really doesn’t cut corners. He does a good job, he sprays a lot. He doesn’t try and save the company a last bit of the drop. They are little bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They are little more expensive than the other companies.

I have been using them for 20 years. The service is very good. Their punctuality is very good.

They are very good, I am very happy with them. They do a good job. The man who comes here is very nice and professional.

They are wonderful They email and let you know ahead of time to let you know when they are coming. They are very flexible and will always reschedule for you. They do great service for me.

They come every quarter. We are on a contract with them. They have installed outside of my house a little station that apparently attracts and kills termites and bugs that would be dangerous to the house. They inspect those and spray around the house. I spend about $ 320 a year. I would definitely use them again in the future.

They do a very professional job. They are very prompt and reliable.

They take care of my home, rental properties, my office, and my daughters houses.
