Roger Twedt

We had to completely redo a bathroom and replace the floor. Roger changed all of the old pipes that were located in the wall to under the new floor. It took Roger and my husband 3-4 days to complete this project. Roger's advice was spot-on! His work is exceptional. We will continue to call for plumbing issues. He always makes time in his schedule for us. When Roger fixes it; it is FIXED!

Roger and his brother were great. Very fast and professional. I needed my new faucet hoses to stop spraying water and they were able to fix the issue. They were only here about 45 minutes. They also saw that our water shut off valves were too shallow and changed those for us at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend and will use him in the future.

WE HAVE CALLED ROGER A COUPLE TIMES BEFORE SINCE MOVING HERE IN 2009 AND HE IS TOPS IN OUR BOOK!! ONE OF THE FIRST TIMES WE CALLED HIM WAS ON A JULY 4 WEEKEND AND WE HAD DRIVEN DOWN FROM OUR and quot;THENand quot; HOME IN MARYLAND TO FIND WATER ALL OVER THE GARAGE FLOOR. ROGER CAME RIGHT AWAY AND FOUND THE PROBLEM ..........A WATER LINE (WE DIDN'T KNOW EXISTED) HAD BROKEN. AFTER DRIVING 9 HOURS ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND IT WAS GREAT THAT HE CAME OUT SO QUICKLY AND TOOK CARE OF OUR PROBLEM! HE IS VERY NICE AND ALWAYS MOST PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH! BARBARA TOWLES

Overall, the task was completed with no discomfort on my part and I will definitely call Roger again.

Called Mr. Twedt concerning leak in kitchen sink. Had to leave a message, He answered in timely manner, came to house and advised us we needed new kitchen faucet. We had decided to replace our kitchen sink several months back, Mr. Twedt was very helpful in advising where to look for new sink, and what to look for as far as sink material went. We did follow his advice, and did a little shopping around. Purchased a new sink and faucet. Again called Mr. Twedt to come and install the new fixtures. He arrived promptly, with a helper. Both gentlemen were fast, efficient, and did a very nice job. Felt the cost of his labor was well within reason. Personally, did not realize kitchen sinks could be so expensive!

The experience was very good. He’s very friendly and everything was fine. He fixed what he needed to fix.

Roger is great to work with. He's an excellent teacher as well as a skilled craftsman. We had some problems connecting because of our busy schedules, but communication was clear and timely with convenience to me high on Roger's list. I had a list of concerns and Roger took time to review each item with me before starting any repairs. My sense was that he quickly and easily took in the whole system and how each of my problems were related to the system. Roger always had more than one solution for each problem, and I had a great deal of confidence in the plan that put the steps of the work in order and starting with the fastest and cheapest solution, identified different levels of "next steps if needed." As we toured the house and yard, Roger identified a code violation in the way my hot water heater was vented to the roof. I appreciated his concern for our safety and was glad for the lesson and his repairing the problem. Roger did a great job and was here less than three hours, consistently moving from one project to the next, as we had planned. All problems were solved, his fee reasonable, and I learned a lot -- including who will be doing my plumbing repair from now on.

Roger showed up when he said he would. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after the work. He is professional and reasonably priced.
