Welcome to Real Good Roofing! My name is Justin Shoemaker and I am a third-generation roofer as well as the owner of Real Good Roofing. We are a family owned business located in Pooler, GA, where we proudly extend our services to residents in Liberty, Long, Bryan, Bullock, Chatham, and Effingham counties, as well as South Carolina. Real Good Roofing specializes in residential roof replacements, roof repairs, siding and gutters. We have over 40 YEARS combined experience which has taught us the safest procedures to remove your existing roof, install only the highest quality materials while strictly following every building code to ensure your new roof is built to last and stays under warranty. We are licensed so we can legally perform work of this level on your home, we are insured so we can safely perform this level of work on your home and we are certified by the actual manufacturers of the products and materials that are being installed on your home, so you can trust your job will be completed the right way! Dale saved me from an unbelievably poor roofing job! The contractor I went with not only covered the plumbing vent but he dumped his trash down it. Renters were having sewage back up into the bathtub and toilet. Part of the job for the original contractor was removing the attic fan, and cutting a roof vent in. Didn't do it, he did removed the attic fan though leaving the house a possible health risk to anyone living there since he had the plumbing vent and the stove vent completely sealed into the attic. Also there was a 38 inch chimney that rather than building a cricket which is code he put a rain diverter above the chimney which just trapped the water against the chimney. And to top that, the wood around the chimney was rotten. There are so many issues that Dale and his crew fixed, all I can say is THANK YOU! I can not recommend this company enough, they turned an awful job, into a quality piece of work. Thank you Dale.
