Description of Work: Although the cleaning ladies themselves were generally good at what they did, scheduling the actual appointments for cleaning was almost a complete failure. I believe the cleaning ladies were late for every single appointment except for one. The lateness ranged from 1-3 (maybe even 4) hours and resulted in me having to massively re-arrange my schedule or cancel the service. There was always an excuse. Finally, the ladies used a bit too much chemical cleaners, spraying it all over and I had to ask them to not use my towels for cleaning, especially with chemical cleaners, and although they complied and used paper towels, it was annoying and ruined several of my towels. Bottom line is it was relatively easy to deal with the cleaning ladies, but dealing with Maria was exceptionally difficult - and I was bending over backwards to accommodate repeated lateness.

+ -1 moreVery well, She arrived on time and got right to work she ended up doing extras for us with no charge. Some extras were a charge but we agreed to them gladly.
Description of Work: She cleaned the house top to bottom including windows. Her estimate was about $150 lower than others who didn't do windows. We were very satisfied.

+ -1 moreShe sends out two ladies and sometimes three ladies. They are here until they get the work done. She always finds out ways to squeeze me in. I would use them in the future.
Description of Work: I used Maria's Maid Services in August. She recently went from $60 to $70. She cleans the fan, base floor, and everything. I have big metal doors and she dusts everything. They even dust my shoes and put them back neatly.
