Lowe's Of Pooler

All of the work within the Pooler Lowe's store was incredibly, and refreshingly, good. Steve in flooring was a top-notch customer service rep from start to finish for us as unfamiliar with flooring as we were walking in the store. From selection of tile, to mortar, to grout, he helped us get through selection and understood the challenges of our job at home. Booking with Lowe's was a cinch, however we did run into challenges with the contractor, Keller Interiors. This does not reflect on Lowe's as their staff was amazingly responsive when our contractor failed to show and we were not notified of the change until nearly an hour after our appointment's end window. They contacted Keller and got us working with the Keller regional manager to sort out the issue and hear out our concerns. When work finally began with the new subcontractor sent to us, they were courteous, helpful, and friendly. Elijah and Blake were great, and I'd hope they come for your tile project. Tile is straight, as level as they could across the floor, and they did a bang-up job leveling around a challenging toilet flange on our concrete slab floor, and even adjusted their work plan to make sure we had a working toilet in the house over the 2 days of work. If Lowe's can sort the issues and miscommunication between their store, contractors, and clients, it would be an even better experience overall. The only slight issue we had with the entire process was with Keller's handling of service on the scheduled start date/time, but Lowe's was great and so were the subs that came out to actually do the work.

Their installation team was great. They are competitive. I like that they greet us when we come in the door. Their associate saw us walking around and asked if we needed any help so they were very attentive. They made good advice and good suggestions.

Used Lowe's of Pooler Ga. The Contractors where great and cared about the quality of the work. At one point sent back a bad batch of wood, When the new wood didn't arrive in time they went and picked it up. They finished the job on Labor Day. Its been just over 8 months since install. No detected issues.

Purchasing it was wonderful. They gave us a time of between 9-noon for the delivery today. They called at 1:15 to let us know they were about half hour away which is pretty typical of most places so I wasn't upset. I do all my research online before I go in. I had checked Consumer Report and it said it was the best dishwasher I could get. I went to another store that sold it but didn't have it available to look at. I wanted to look at it first and thank goodness I went to Lowe's because they not only had it for me to look at, but it was $200 cheaper. They were extremely nice and the service was much better than at the other name brand store. They went over everything with me and explained things that I didn't even know. Even though I had done a lot of research I learned a lot from them. They greeted me right away when I walked in. I plan to use them again.
