internet service, cable tv service
 + 0 moreTelevision service is ok not too many channel options unless you get a high end package and cable box is seems to have a short life span. I am on the 3rd box in as many years. Internet service is not too great high prices with so called high speed net which is really just a lil better than DSL *sigh*

 + 1 moreFrom day one they have been a disappointment & I am glad to be rid of them soon.
Description of Work: I have a bundled package with Hargray & I am VERY unhappy with them. My first issue is that my bill has steadily increased every couple of months for quite some time. Also, since I live in the Godley Station area of Pooler I am locked in with Hargray because they are the only provider for my neighborhood. I guess that means they can charge what they want, when & how they want. In addition to constantly increasing rates I received a phone bill one month with a charge to Romania. When I called to have the charge removed I was told by someone in customer service that they "would remove it THIS time". My internet is slow but yet I am being charged for "top speed Internet". On a few occasions I have had problems requiring tech support..those guys acted like it annoyed them to have to take a call. The only thing that has been half way decent with Hargray is the cable service. But I am paying dearly for it every month..especially since I see regular rate hikes. The best thing I can say about them is that I am relocating soon so I can "kick em to the curb"....BYE BYE Hargray.
