+ -1 moreThe process was very hard. They were need easy to communicate with. They did not like to be questioned about anything and would over talk you, call names and hang up the phone. Removed a toilet from the house before we signed papers to release property because one of their friends has a second hand store and needed a toilet. They just showed up at our house after the fire, exactly like a lawyer who shows up at the hospital after an accident. ( this should have been a red flag). Attempted to charges us for regulated upgrades that were covered by our insurance coverage. And I would check with my insurance company about the coverage, Greenleaf did not want me to call my insurance representative . Fast talking without really explaining anything. Truly not satisfied. If you should have a fire investigate and take your time before picking a contractor
