The temps in our 4 year old GE side by side were going up. The water stopped working. We went online and called the GE repair number. We called at 10 on a Monday morning and Danny was knocking on our door by 4:00. He diagnosed the problem right away, the fan had stopped working. Unfortunately he didn't have all the parts with him but he was back the next morning and got the job done. We mentioned another problem we were having with the fridge and he took the time to correct that too. Danny was thorough, polite and knew what he was doing. Happily, we have a refrigerator in the garage so we didn't lose any food. I do not know if Danny works out of the Pooler office. I chose it on Angies List because it's closest to Sun City where we live.
Description of Work: The temps in our 4 year old GE side by side were going up and the water line in the door was no longer working. The fan needed to be replaced, which caused the water line to freeze. Our ice maker tended to frost up inside the door. He also replaced a part that was causing that.
