Description of Work: The service was very prompt. The work was done very well and very professionally. Gary quoted me a couple of options to replace our water heater, and in the end recommended simply fixing the problem instead of replacing it, saving us about $1000. When I do replace it, I'm going with him!

+ -1 moreThe two plumbers who did the work were enormously courteous and caring throughout their job. They were committed to getting the job done correctly. And they got it done no later than 1:30 pm (4 hours). In addition to removing the two old water heaters and installing two new ones, they worked on two bathroom drains. With great care, each drain was dismantled and inspected and the issue was corrected. The owner, Mr. McBride, had estimated that the job would take around five hours. I could not have been more pleased with the workmanship and professionalism of Gary McBride Plumbing Company. Their responsiveness and courtesy were absolutely outstanding!
Description of Work: This company was amazingly responsive and entirely professional. I called stating that it was time to replace my water heaters and have some other minor plumbing work done. The owner got right on the phone with me and discussed various options as well as his recommendations. They sent me a detailed quote by email. When I had questions regarding the type of water heater and whether to combine the two current heaters into one upon replacement, a very knowledgeable and financially conservative answer was provided. Each email that I sent with questions was promptly responded to with courtesy and thoroughness. A date was set for today to replace my two water heaters. I was told the plumbers would arrive between 9:00 - 9:30 am. They arrived at 9:40 am and introduced themselves and explained what they intended to do.
