Coastal SoftWash Solutions and Roof Cleaning

I hired the company to clean my roof and was told that the chemicals used would not damage plant life. Christain Alfaro, the owner, arrived that morning and completed the work. The next day the shrubs and plants in my yard began to look limp. Within days, they were dying. I contacted Mr. Alfaro 2 days later to inform him of such, and told him that I would send pictures. Aftter sending pictures and attempting to contact him again, he would not return my call. I attempted to contact him via his company's Facebook Messenger page (I was blocked), via telephone (wouldn't take my call), and via his personal FB page. I get that nothing was intentional and wanted to simply to work something out (he pay the $200 cost of the 8 shrubs and I do the labor). After informing him that I would not be reviewing his company favorably, he promptly contacted me and apologized and stated that he would mail to me the cost of the shrubs. I waited 10 days and nothing. I informed him that I had not received anything. He stated that it must have been lost in the mail. I waited an additional 5 days and nothing. He has proven to be young, foolish, and unproffessional. If you make a mistke, you own up to it. As a new business person, he has a lot of maturing to do. You should avoid doing business with him until he demonstrates that he is responsible, professional, mature, and a person of honor.
