It went good. It was difficult finding someone to get it done, but I found them, and I realized that I had them do some work previously. I'm not sure why I didn't call them in the first place.

I called yesterday afternoon, 5/8/13, to inquire about replacement glass for my home. The woman in the office was very nice and took all of my identifying information. She said that Mr. Hunter would call me back soon. He called me about noon today, 5/9/13 and ysaid they could come out in about 30 minutes if that was alright. I said and quot;yesand quot;, and they were here in that time. Two gentlemen came in and measured the windows. They gave me a price and said they could fix them right away. While fixing one window, they saw a crack in the one below it, and I told them to go ahead and replace that one too. So, they replaced three window glasses, and cleaned up after themselves . It all took less than an hour. I am extremely pleased with the job and the gentlemen couldn't have been nicer or more efficient. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were prompt, efficient and even cleaned the glass once it was installed. Couldn't tell they had even been there except for our new window.

The whole window had to be replaced. I was very satisfied with the service and I felt that the price was reasonable. They came out and did their job. They were clean, neat and tidy. They got the job done and they were professional.
