I was very pleased with the work and effort Scott provided. He kept me informed as to the progress of trapping the raccoons and stayed with it. He had worked for me before on squirrels in my attic and I was pleased then, too. Great work.

This is the guy you call! Expertise was VERY impressive! But also prompt, courteous, and gets down to business. What we thought was a rodent problem he quickly, and correctly, diagnosed as BATS! He successfully, humanly, and legally, relocated our bats and sealed the entry. Problem solved! Provided complete clean up and federally approved sanitizing of the entire area of infestation and surrounding patio furniture. Very reasonable fee - well worth the timely and successful result. I would recommend you call no one else; this guy has seen and done it all!

Hired to eliminate flying squirrels in cabin. Came out day after I contacted him, did a thorough assessment of the cabin, put up an exclusion gate on the primary entry hole and will return in two days to close all potential entry points, meaning he will be high in the air across multiple roof lines. Left me with every confidence he knows his business and will work with me till the problem is resolved.

I am very, very happy. A problem that has plagued us for years has been resolved.

Closed off outside access but did not trap any rats inside house. Cannot verify that all are gone. Made several trips and was responsive to request to close access holes missed.

Scott was very professional, and compared to other companies, his pricing was the most fair. He resolved our squirrel problem within that day. We had a another issue which may have been related to the first, Scott came out the next day and resolved it right away. He did not charge for the second visit. We appreciated his honest way of doing business. If we ever have a pest problem in the future we would surely hire him without any hesitation.

Scott was also professional regardless of the numerous times I sent him emails, he always responded back. The other pros that contacted me are not as diligent as Scott is. I can tell Scott really enjoys his job and the main thing I like about him is that he keeps his appointments, his promises and his word is his bond. Scott was fantastic. Came on time, followed up regularly and left me voice mails to the progress. And provided exceptional value. I don't normally spend the time to rate service guys, but went out of my way for Critter Capture...he was great!
