It cost zero because I have a plan with them. They are reasonable and efficient. It takes about half an hour. They leave the area very clean and they wear boots on their legs. They are in and out of the house.

It went perfectly. They did it all in one day which was great. I was very satisfied with the company and the crew. I really appreciated that Randy, the sales rep, was on the job site from time to time to check on the progress.

The compressor on my heat pump failed during the cold snap in November 2014. I contacted three HVAC contractors who evaluated the system requirements and provided estimates. I selected Sullivan for the following reasons: 1. Prior excellent reviews in Angie's list. 2. Cost: Sullivan's estimates for comparable equipment were the lowest. 3. Equipment: Trane, in my opinion the best residential unit available. 4. Professionalism: Although the above were important considerations, they were not decisive. Rather it was Sullivan's technician, Randy Woodard, who was the only one of the three techs who measured the square footage of the house to ensure proper sizing of the HVAC system, the only one who surveyed the supply and return ducting to ensure they were adequate to handle the volume of air, and the only one who compared the cost of units of varying efficiencies to the likely lower utility cost amortized over the projected life of the unit. Furthermore, he ensured that the existing wiring and circuit protection were appropriate for the new unit and patiently answered all my questions. Once the contract was signed, the installation crew arrived the following morning as scheduled, removed outside compressor unit and the inside air handler, installed the new equipment along with a larger return vent. When they finished at the end of the day, neither the house nor the yard required any further cleanup. Total time from initial consultation to project completion was approximately 48 hours, the significance of which has to be measured by night time air temperatures in the mid to low 20's. To say that Sullivan's provided excellent service and that I am extremely satisfied is an understatement in both regards.

They were very good. I had concerns about return air on the upper level and they were able to adding in a return air line for me, which has improved the air flow through the house.

The experience with Sullivan was great from the start when Randy gave us an estimate. He was the only estimator who notice some electrical connections that needed to be explored to find out what they hooked in to. The people who did the work were on time, polite and worked diligently to get everything done earlier than anticipated. Randy and Bubba run a tight ship. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend them. I have used them since 1985 to date at many locations both residential and commercial and they have always been first class

The story from start to finish would take too long as they have done quite a bit of work for us through the years. The service people were always prompt and efficient and called if they were unable to be where and when I expected them. I wanted to mention all of this, I just joined Angie's list or I would have put my opinion in earlier.

They are the only ones I call. They are professional and friendly. They provide excellent service.

They are very very good and very dependable.
