Roper Roofing

We chose not to use the contractor at this time and just go for the roof repair from another roofing company we had an estimate from who did point out that he could repair what we needed and found that the roof vent was really the cause of all the issues. Showing us where the problems were and when we checked inches away the roof nails were still silver. This cost us hundreds of dollars and they came back even when it was raining so I could show them issues, they fixed right away. I don't remember the name of that other company off the top of my head anymore.

One of the owners came out and did the estimate, explaining all the modifications and repairs that would be required. It was all very low-keyed, and follow up questions via email was quickly answered. The only problem I found with ALL the contractors I dealt with was they all pushed the advantages of ridge ventilation, but none paid more than lip-service, when pressed, to the need for sufficient soffit (under the eaves) ventilation for it all to work. Only my insurance adjustor correctly advised that I needed to replace the perforated vinyl siding, and probably the vents beneath to provide the proper ventilation to prolong the life of the new shingles, as well as economize in heating and air conditioning. For that, I down graded Roper a point. I did not, in the end, go with Roper because another vendor beat them out by a very slim margin, through their Veterans/retiree(?) discount. However, I would definitely recommend checking them out. -

They took 2 days to do the job with a team of 10 men they remove half the old shingles from the roof and replaced the new one's. The job was satisfactory and they clean up after they finished

They were good. They came on time and when they said they would.

I have no complaints

It was an okay experience with them; it wasn't anything good or anything bad about it. Their price was very reasonable; their estimate came in about a $1000 on anybody else but I haven't received my final invoice yet. I rate them very highly and I would use him again in the future if needed.

Last year I was having an issue with some shingle repair work I needed done so I reached out to Perry Roofing Contractors for help. The team at Perry seemed to cost a little to much for what they had to do but the project was completed to my satisfaction. I would probably utilize Perry Roofing Contractors again in the future.
