+ 0 moreCame into town late last night to find we had no hot water, texted him at midnight and he responded in the morning, on FATHER’S DAY, that he was on his way! Came right out, diagnosed the problem and we’re in hot water in the right way! This is the third time we’ve used him and they are always responsive, reasonable and fantastic service. Val Jones

Description of Work: It was a Saturday, my husband was gone getting new shocks on our truck. I heard water and thought that he might have put a load of his work clothes on early for me. By the time I finally went to check on the so called laundry, I opened the laundry room door to find about an inch of water throughout the entire laundry room. Our 20 year old hot water heater died and was gushing water! After calling my husband, who could not come home for at least one and a half hours, he told me to turn off the water and call a plumber......on a Saturday. I contacted AJ from Performance Plumbing. He said he was finishing up in Macon and would be on his way within the hour. He was in Perry before the hour was up. AJ showed me what the problem was and what my options were. I asked about those new tankless hot water heaters since I heard they would save money in the long run. He said he needed to check the electrical box to see what we had, if there was enough juice to support one. He told me that you have to have alot more current comming into the house and would not recommend one unless we were going to be redoing our electrical. How nice to have someone honestly tell a woman the truth and not try to sell me something that wouldn't work in my house. He was a hard worker, conscientious about keeping everything clean, honest and prompt. My husband was very pleased with the work. We highly recommend this plumber.
