While they did maintain the pool beautifully, the final straw was the pool fill water being left on more than one time. The last occasion (left running over 24 hours as I was not home) resulted in water overflowing and running behind the seams of the pool. I had just paid them over $1,500+ last year to repair similar damage for this happening before I bought the home. When reminded of this, Jake's solution was to tell me that it was about time for a new line and give me a and quot;good priceand quot; on a new liner.

They're timely, very professional and they keep my pool crystal clear. The young man that comes in, he's very professiona, very friendly, courteous and just a likable young man.

They were great. We love working with them.

We interviewed several different pool company's in our area and decided to go with Cool Breeze. Jake (owner of Cool Breeze) provided the best price, with the most wow factor we were looking for. We were not in a hurry to get it done, so it may have taken longer than others might want, but quality and workmanship was more important to us than getting a pool installed in a couple of weeks. I probably took approximately two months, but being that it was late October, we weren't going to swim anyway. Jake was good on his word for what he told us he would do. Some issues with septic line, but not fault of Cool Breeze. The county septic map wasn't accurate on location of septic lines. Cool breeze fixed it though for less than the septic company. The Cool Breeze crew was efficient and polite the whole time they were here, fun to work with. Constantly wanted your input for how something looked, was it the way you want it, expected it, etc.. They did a awesome job on the concrete, and cleanup of the area. Had another issue with the cool deck color that we chose, didn't match the color sample so company sent us replacement paint and Cool Breeze agreed to repaint the decking. Would highly recommend (and have to others who have used Cool Breeze) to install pool or do replacement liners/equipment.

We didn't end up using him because his price was too high. He said it would be $100.00 to come out, $50.00 to diagnose the problem, and another $85.00 to repair the heating element.

Jake came out to see what was wrong, he told me I need a pump replaced and gave me ways on how to order it. Then, when it came in he noticed it was broken, so waited until I had a new one. Then came back and installed it, refilled the tub to make sure it would and always kept me informed of what he was doing.
