Description of Work: Completed roof inspection/said that a new roof was not necessary and suggested minor repairs only. They provided information as to the expected future life and what needed to be done to correct a minor leak. Very honest folks, knowledgable/highly recommend.

Description of Work: Take existing siding off and dispose of properly. Wrapped Walls with Green-Guard House Wrap. Install pre-primed Hardi-plank smooth beaded fiber cement to wall areas. Pressure wash home. Caulk all seams, nail heads, windows, doors and corners with elastomeric caulk. Paint home with two coats of Porter Acrylic Paint.
