The estimator Jeff Ogletree was informed about all aspects of home improvement and gave me good information about the why's and what for's of a good roofing project. The company has been in business for a long time in Atlanta and they had repaired a couple leaks for me in the last 12 years so I knew who I was dealing with.

I would highly recommend them as they did a fantastic job and the clean up was even great. I looked around and didn t find any scraps or anything in my yard. They went according to schedule and didn t take any longer. The crew was very polite while they were here and I noticed they worked extremely hard.

I called several siding companies after visiting their websites but my siding job was not a large enough project for them to take on. I chose Echols because they were close to where I live and their website stated they made siding repairs. Echols was very prompt on calling back and very courteous as well. They even suggested an alternative solution! If and when I need a complete siding job I will definitely remember them!

The repairman was very competent and I was very pleased with the quality of work he did. The price was reasonable and they came out quickly after I called them. I haven't had any problems with the roof since.

Echols is a very professional company who knows their business. They were punctual, answered all the questions I had before they started and cleaned up extremely well after they were finished.

The work was done in a timely manner and very professionally. They returned phone calls promptly and did the work for the estimated price.

They responded promptly to our call. Came out the same day and repaired the roof. An estimate was given and that was the final price. They were clean, polite, and we would use them again.

Person showed up on time for the estimate and was courteous. He returned about 10 days later to do the work.

We had leaking caused by missing shingles on a steeply graded roof. Echols sent someone out to give us an estimate as soon as the rain stopped. They did the work on that day as well. The person they sent could not give us an estimate on a roof replacement (although we had asked for that as well). We were happy with the work they did and the speed of their response.

It was great. They came promptly to estimate and sent a crew to install and followed up to make sure the work was done right. The bill was precisely what had been estimated.

Excellent job. Siding replaced in one day. Painters followed up a few days later. Then gutter was installed next day. Payment as estimated due upon completion.

The company refused to even come out to provide a quote, stating that if 100% of all gutters and downspouts were not included, then the job is considered a "repair", which they do not do. I have previously replaced about 100 LF, so this was still a SIGNIFICANT job that was no bid. Though not rude, the woman answering the phone was quite abrupt about what "her boss'' would not do (quote the job).

Never spoke to rep. My son said he measured and left. Never received and estimate.

They completed on time and cleaned everything up. They even came back out to repair an issue.

I called them and they didn't call me back until a week later, but then they were very responsive and the owner even came out to my house.

I DEALT ONLY WITH THE FOREMAN. I NEVER OBSERVED ANY OF THE WORK. THEY ASKED ME TO RATE SAFETY PERFORMANCE, BUT I COULDN'T. THEIR FINAL PRODUCT WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS AS GOOD A RESIDENTIAL ROOFING APPLICATION THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. THEY DID A PERFECT JOB ON THE CLEAN UP.

I thought they did a very good job. They helped decide what type of roof we wanted and gave us recommendations and homes to drive by to see the different styles. They were timely and cleaned up after themselves.

ECHOLS WAS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. THEY DID NOT HAVE A HIGH PRESSURE PRESENTATION WHICH ANOTHER COMPANY HAD. THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. WE DID HAVE TO WAIT SEVERAL MONTHS FOR THEM TO SCHEDULE US IN.

THIS COMPANY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 6 WEEKS TO JUST GET AN ESTIMATE ON A ROOF REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR. WHEN I TOLD HER THAT A PORTION OF THE ROOF WAS FLAT, SHE SAID ''WE DON'T DO THOSE'', AND HUNG UP ON ME.

I LEFT TWO MESSAGES. THEY ASKED THEIR CARPENTER TO CALL ME. I DID RECEIVE A MESSAGE IN RETURN, BUT IN AN ACCENT THAT I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND. WHEN I CALLED BACK, THE RECEPTIONIST MONA WAS RUDE & SUGGESTED I SHOULDN'T WORK WITH THEM BECAUSE I WASN'T ABLE TO UNDERSTAND HIM.

THE CARPENTER WHO ASSESSED THE JOB APPEARED TO BE HIGHLY COMPETENT. THE ESTIMATE OF $2125 SEEMED SOMEWHAT HIGH.

THEY DID A FANTASTIC JOB. JOHN WAS GREAT AND HE TAKES A LOT OF PRIDE IN WHAT HE DOES.

THEY WERE CANDID ABOUT OPTIONS FOR REPAIR.

QUALITY WORK, AND BETTER LABOR GUARANTY THAN COMPETING QUOTES. THEY ALL HAD A SENSE OF PRIDE IN THEIR WORK. WHILE SOME QUOTES WERE A LITTLE LESS EXPENSIVE, NONE WERE WITH COMPANIES I FELT COMFORTABLE WITH.

CLARK HOPPER WAS SENT. HE ARRIVED ON TIME, WORKED QUICKLY AND WAS VERY POLITE. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
