They were very good. They put the roof on and they don’t cut corners. They actually pay their workers and give them benefits. The quality of their work was great and they were punctual and professional. We would use Echols Roofing, Siding, & Windows again in the future.

We went with another company because it was a better deal. I might use them again in future to get a quote.

It turned out fine. They were very prompt. The work was done well and the roof does not leak any more. I have no complaints.

The work has turned out great. They have come out three or four times over the past 10 years. We had a brand new house but need some work done. There were some leaks around the vents on our roof, so they came out and replaced the collars. They also replaced a chimney cap that was not originally installed correctly. I will use them again in the future.

Their pricing was competitive and they did a very good job. They were very accommodating and nice people. I would definitely use them again.

They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were very courteous when they worked around my house. They worked here for two days and were exceptionally clean in what they were doing. They cleaned as they went and after the job was over they went back and cleaned everything. I would use them again.

The job was done quickly and professionally just as we had expected. We had used Echols fo do our home siding 8 or 9 years ago and were so pleased with their work and professionalism along with the customer servcice provided by AC that when we found out they now do decks we didn't hesitate to call them. AC came as promised and checked out the old deck (20+ years old) showed me all the problems with the way it was originally constructed and came up with what we considered a reasonable price to rebuild a new and properly constructed deck, and we agreed to go ahead. AC's crew came as scheduled and worked hard to complete everything as promised and we were not disappointed. He also had one of his guys come out and repair the damaged interior wall after Echols had come and repaired the roof problem. I can't say that they are the cheapest company out there (I won't say they are overpriced for their work either), but when it comes to quality work, professionalism, and customer service and satisfaction they are worth every penny.

He seemed alright. I did not like him as well as I liked the others. Also, his estimate was higher than the others.

Foreman overmeaured and then left me with too much material to store myself so I could only keep a small amount. I was told oofing materials were not installed appropriately in places. Company did not inform me when and why my roof was no longer being manufactured when they had the opportunity to do so. Company said they were going to retire and would let me know of roofers that were still working for him if I ever had a problem. When I called with a problem he did not return my call. When I persisted to get in touch, his company said they could not help me..

It went very well. They did a very good job. They did repair work on the ceilings inside the house from water damage. That was fantastic. They were really good. They knew what they were doing and were very professional.

Echol's did a great job from start to finish. AC, one of the general partners, came out to meet us to get the estimating process started. He was on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable about siding and windows. We met with him 2 additional times to go over additional details and questions. Echol's has a very good relationship with Simonton windows and we are happy with the product and warranty on the windows. The window installers were courteous, very neat, and did an excellent job of cleaning up. They were equally as good at installing Hardie plank siding. They made sure they left our yard neat and safe at the end of each day. The painters did a great job touching up the inside window moldings and painting the outside Hardie. AC stopped in everyday to make sure that everything was being done right. I had a gut feeling from the first time we met with AC that we wanted to use Echol's for our project and I am very glad that we chose them. We did have one lower estimate for our project from another company, but I did not feel as comfortable with them as I did with Echol's.

It went great. They did a really good job. Their price was competitive. They have been in business for a really long time. I would use them again.

Based on a great job some years ago and their willingness to advise on problems which had not been a pert of their work, I would highly recommend Echols.

They came out promptly. I was happy with the outcome and they are reasonably priced.

The experience was very good. When they installed the shingles, the color didn't match so they only charged me for the labor and not the shingles. The gutters look good too.

Everything went well. The only downside is that they are always busy for a few weeks so you need to wait for them to get to you.

They were excellent, especially in terms of their quality of work and workmanship. My experience with them was very satisfactory. The workmen were very courteous. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day, and they did the work very quickly. They did the work on Christmas Eve actually. I think that, so far, the work has turned out to be completely satisfactory. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Echols returned a call placed to them on a Saturday but said due to their schedule it may be another week before the service technician could contact us to come view the problem and provide us with a quote. To our surprise we received a call two days later and the technician came and provide the quote. We accepted the quote within a few days (when the weather cleared) the same technician did the work. There were some problems with two of the old boots and he took the time to adapt the new boots to avoid creating issues with the roof. We could not have been more pleased with work and we will use them again.

They give good service. They usually send out the same technician, so they know my house. It is family owned.

Selected this provider due to good reputation and favorable listing on Angies List and others. Had other competitive bids but chose Echols due to reputation, punctuality and straight talk. Job was completed with no problems other than a couple of bad weather days that had to be worked around. Very good experience overall.

Gave quote on time. Did work as scheduled. Gave good input on what to expect. Clean up satisfactory.

They did a good job. They let me know what was going on. They cleaned up all the mess they made. It took about a week for the jobs. They cleaned every day.

I liked their courtesy, their professionalism, they were very prompt, and did and excellent job cleaning up. The estimate was on target and the pricing, although not the cheapest, was worth it. They had prove of insurance up front, and a good salesman.

It was very professional of them to call me back so quickly, many contractors leave you hanging only to return a call days later to let you know they can't help you. But it is discouraging when it's hard to find a company to get you the help you need.
