+ -1 moreAfter years of neglect, my two-story white vinyl sided home with small unattached carport/toolroom was covered with dirt and mold. I called Rodger late Friday afternoon, he came to give me an estimate on Friday evening, and he scheduled the property to be pressure washed at noon on Saturday. He was on time, early actually, and I could not be more pleased with the service. He did a wonderful job; better than what I've done in the past, or had done commercially. The exterior looks just like it did when I first purchased the home! And for a couple of extra bucks, he even pressure washed my boat, and it too looks brand spanking new! Not only will I recommend Total Lawncare and Pressure Washing to everyone I know, but I'll be using it exclusively from now on. Just a super super job at a very reasonable price!

+ -1 moreHis younger son is doing the work now. I have a one-year contract but I am really thinking about stopping it because I don't think that the son is as serious about it. I find that weeds are not being picked up. I am not as happy as I was when I first began but I won't stop the service until I have talked to the dad and double checked. The kid must be 18-19 and I think that he is just going through the work as fast as he could. I think that it is expensive for what I am getting right now, but it would be reasonable if they did everything that I thought they were going to do. They definitely come when they say they are going to come. They keep their schedule very well. They are willing to come out and take care of things.

+ 0 moreHe showed up when expected and mowed my lawn, edged my driveway, blew off the driveway and patio. It was done very quickly and looked great!
Description of Work: Randy cuts my lawn, edges, blows off the patio and driveway. He has also planted rye grass so I can have a green lawn all winter long. He does an excellent job and go beyond what other people have done in the past.
