We had been using another company and they were not able to fix it. These guys were tenacious and professional, thorough, and complete. They had to come out a few times to properly diagnosis but the result was a successful gate. They also installed a remote and adjusted the gate..all to my satisfaction.

We called Overhead Door Company when the spring on our garage door snapped. The service tech came to our home in a timely matter to make the necessary repairs. We had thought that we needed a new garage door because over time it was not fitting correctly. When we told this to the tech he told us that there was no need to spend money on a new door when he could fix the door with a simple adjustment. So, in a matter of minutes, that problem was solved with no cost to us. This is the company to call if you are seeking professionalism, honesty, and punctuality.

They did a good job. I had just moved into the house and wanted to make sure the garage doors were up to snuff. I just called them in for a basic check out, balance and lubrication. I didn't call them for a repair.

Poor follow up by sales rep. Installer ruined the new paint on the sides of our house trim while installing. Trash and debris left on site after installation. Now, 5 months later the door trim is tearing away from the house frame and bottom seal is wearing excessively.

The worker arrived on schedule and the door was installed. No problems at all. Follow up service was also very professional and done in a timely manner. I found Overhead Garage Door to be a very good company to work with and I would recommend them.

Great experience! A little hesitate at first to commit to the job because of the price, but I'm glad I did. The quality of the doors and openers is what I expected - top notch. Installation was completed in about 6 hours and the work quality and professionalism was exceptional. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

They were punctual and efficient. Price was a little high but the quality was excellent.

Went well. I discovered broken spring at about 9:00 AM. Called Overhead. Technician was on site by 2:00 PM. All repaired and paid for by 3:15 PM. Can't beat that kind of service.

I called, explained my dilemma and that I was also tight for time. They were just wonderful. They worked me into the schedule and the repairman, Seth came right over once he finished another job. He was so polite and helpful and worked quickly and efficiently to replace the springs and get the door working once again. I was able to go to my treatment with time to spare. I appreciate the professional work, but also value that they cared and sincerely wanted to help me. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My garage door opener was knocked out by storm damage. They had someone come out promptly and re-set one door, replaced the circuit board on the other.

Very professional. Even allowed us to find an online coupon while they fixed the door before charging us. Knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it within 45 minutes. Very knowledgeable.

they were supposed to paint the doors before installation, came to install and had forgotten, even though I had given them the paint. they apologized, painted the doors and installed them several days later with not other issues.
