I love helping people realize their dream via selling, buying and investing in real estate. I am originally from OH. But the Kudzu of my mother's beloved GA has grown all over me. I am now a southern girl at heart. I have southern sensibilities with a midwestern work ethic. I have over 15 yrs of high level contract negotiation experience. I have assembled a fantastic team to work on your real estate needs; Lotus Premier & Luxury Team includes Listing and buyers agents, listing assistants, home staging team, lenders. and closing attorneys. I list premier and luxury Properties ($150k - $5Million). I am a full time realtor with years of real estate experience listing and selling millions in real estate each year.

Carla did a great job! For a couple who has not sold a home in over 20 years, we thought this would be a daunting task. Carla's experience and honesty made this process much easier for us. We asked many questions, and she was always willing to give us detailed explanations. From our first meeting, we could tell Carla was knowledgeable about our neighborhood and surrounding area. She has an energy and passion for her work and makes her clients' interests foremost. Her detailed recommendations, from flowers for the front entrance, selecting the paint color for the interior and decorating each room, were spot on. In our opinion, you could not choose a better real estate agent.
