Description of Work: Purchased a 32 ft X 60 ft metal building complete with 2 roll-up doors and one walk thru. They were a week late on delivery, but contract says buyer must be ready on specific date & time or pay fees. If you have a company of experienced people assembling the building, you're may be OK, but I do NOT recommend Arco if you are assembling yourself. Basically, they send you engineering drawings and NOT "assembly instructions." I had several contractors on this job and they were all confused by the drawings and what went where. You can call Arco with questions, and they are helpful, but most times they ended up calling the company in Houston TX that actually manufactures the building, to answer questions. This can take 2 to 3 hours, and once I needed help late on Friday, and Houston was closed. Some parts were mislabeled, and I lost dozens of hours between finding the right part, and figuring out where it goes. Surely they can pay a contractor that assembles these for a living to write a decent set of assembly instructions, and possibly even make a video with most important points. Regrettably, I cannot recommend Arco.
