you would not leave an 8 inch bank on a million dollar house, why would you do that to mine? I feel like they did not care about my project, they installed a smaller and cheaper drain and now my garage is flooding. You should do what the customer is asking for and paying for.

Received a quote/bid for a job on June 17, 2020. Agreed to the quoted amount on June 29, 2020, and scheduled the job to be done Saturday, August 1st. In between June 29, 2020, and today (July 30) I have spoken to Dick several times about the job itself and all precautionary procedures prior to the job be done. He even instructed me to submit a request to 811DIG two weeks ago for them to come and mark underground wires/cables. So today July 30, 2020, I called Dick to confirm that I will see his team Saturday morning at 7 am for the scheduled job. He then proceeds to tell me that he rescheduled me due to the weather..Why in the hell am I finding this out by contacting you #1... #2 If I had not called today at what point was I (the customer) going to be notified of this schedule adjustment that obviously was already done..So as I begin to tell him (DIck) I understand the process but he has to see that this is very UNPROFESSIONAL as a company that I was not made aware prior to this point of me calling you. He became so rude and irate as if I was doing the job at his home and I myself was the company. Which is completely out of order!!!!.. So at this point, how am I suppose to spend my hard money with you when we are just DISRESPECTFUL AS HELL AND RUDE because you rescheduled me unknowingly. It sucks because I was really looking forward to this job being completed but I refuse to give ANYONE that amount of money and be disrespected.

From a suggestion of a friend, requested a quote and accepted. They view, estimated, given schedule date which they follow thru all the way to the end which they did a beautifully awesomeness and extremely well done job!! I am a very happy customer. Linda M

Tecnoconcrete was the first to respond to our request online. They were quick to get us a quote and it was very competitive to others we received. We were given several options based on the work we wanted done. Tecnoconcrete was fast to return the plans needed for our HOA. Once we received out approval, Tecnoconcrete put us on their schedule as soon as they could which was within a week after our call. The install was finished in one day and it looks great. They went above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic job on my patio below a raised deck. We’re working before we even woke up and done by lunchtime. Came back out once the concrete cured to pull up framing etc. great team!

We had a few hiccups in the beginning with the rain and Mother Nature. After talking with the owner and listens to his professional suggestions, I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I m so glad I called and spoke with them before making an emotional decision to find a different company. In my opinion they are A rated.
