Outstanding service! I have used Sprinkler Solutions in the past, and will use them in the future, great job! Professional, attentive and a competitive price, this company is top notch.

He thoroughly checked our system zone by zone (we have 19 total !! ), checked the main water valve, and some other valves. He located the problems. pointed them out to me and explained what needed to be done. He repaired what he could for today and will complete the work when he comes back to shut the system down for the winter. I thank God for Sprinkler Solutions...knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair priced. After having Donald to come out, I now know that our suspicions of the first company that we used are pretty accurate... we believe that they either are not very good at what they do OR they were "making up " / "creating " problems so that they could over charge us based on what they think that we can afford !

He was very professional and prompt, clearly explained the work that needed to be done and the costs involved, and offered suggestions to help keep the costs of the project manageable. Well Donald was right the fix was easy enough and took only an hour of my time (he probably could have done this in 10-15 minutes). I cannot say enough about Donald's honesty, integrity, and helpfulness. It is rare to find someone that is willing to assist you free of charge and not gouge you due to the fact that you are not familiar with a particular system. Thank You! Outstanding work! Super fast response, high quality work, taught us how the system on this house we just bought worked, buried pipe deeper, and all at a very reasonable price. His 50+ A reviews are completely legit - hire him without hesitation in PTC. I'm going to call him again shortly to fix a sprinkler head that broke, and then blow out the pipes for the winter.

Donald (and team) were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. He was able to perform the work the same day as the inspection. I will be calling him again when I'm ready for a rain sensor, winterizing and other system needs.

Locating the sprinkler system cutoff was a challenge as it was buried under about a foot of dirt (no cover on it) and my sprinkler system had no backflow preventer so pipe had to be cut and the valve added. With a team of 3 people they quickly got the work done and have very reasonable prices. They have fixed prices per task and Donald can give you a quote on the phone for each task, so no surprises unless you have more work than originally described.

My first call was answered quickly. I was impressed with initial conversation. Needed someone to come out and check my entire sprinkler system. I was told by the owner to text my address to a number he provided and an appointment would be set for someone to come out to my house to inspect and repair as necessary. I have not heard anything back since my last text and phone call on 5/16/16. No calls, no appointment, no service, no work.

Even though Donald was booked into mid June, he made the time to come by our house and find out why we were getting no water. He discovered that someone had turned the water off at the metier. It definitely was not me because I wasn't aware that it was there. The valve handle is rusted and will need to be replaced along with the bucket which cracked in a couple of places. He has no room in his schedule to do the work immediately. I checked all the zones and there are no major problems, so I made an appointment to get on the schedule. Donald showed up exactly when he promised and was very knowledgeable and professional. I look forward to working with him on the repairs that do need to be made.

Were able to schedule my service call the same day I called. Called me when they were on their way. Donald Russell walked the entire system with me to insure I agreed with which heads needed to be moved and/or replaced. Did not try to up-sell on work that did not need to be done today. Cleaned up the work areas where they had to dig up the yard. Donald reviewed the programming of the controller to insure it was set properly. I am very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Will definitely call them in fall to winterized the system.

Great service! Donald and his team were friendly, on time, and took the time to show me how to use the system since I had never had an irrigation system before. Didn't try to up sell me on anything, but did show me where I am likely to have issues in the future, so I can budget for replacements. I highly recommend this business!

Extremely well. Everything went smoothly. When finished he demonstrated the system to both my wife as well as myself and did not leave until he was sure we both understood how to use the system.

I had a non-functioning sprinkler system, so I called Sprinkler Solutions to come out and take a look. I originally called in mid - late August. Donald and Sissy came out and Donald began inspecting the system. At first look, Donald realized that something "kooky" was going on with my system. As it was the busy season for him, he advised that he would need some time to research the issue and there wasn't room in his schedule right then to take care of the work. He told me that I could call someone else if it needed to be done right away. As it was nearing the end of summer and I had read the reviews on Angie's List, I told him that I would wait for him to become available. I am so glad I waited. I called him back in late October and they came back out to see what was going on with my system. Donald went back over the issues I was having, talking through what was going on and then he and Sissy started digging. They had to locate all my valves and most of my sprinkler heads. He also discovered that for some unknown reason, my sprinkler line had been rerouted to my household water line. Once those repairs were taken care of, he determined that I had two broken lines. One had apparently been broken when I had a fence installed, but because of the rerouting and capping of the sprinkler line, no water was going to that pipe, so I never knew that the line was broken or that I had sprinklers in my back yard! Don repaired the two broken pipes, replaced my sprinkler heads, multiple valves and my backflow valve to give me a basically brand new system. He then winterized the system for me. I will see him again in the spring to get me up and ready for another hot Atlanta summer. This guy and his crew are amazing. Totally professional and courteous. If you ever need anything for your sprinklers, this is who you should call.

It went very well. Don and his team showed up on-time and did high quality work. He lent a designer's eye to our house and recommended just the right amount of landscape lighting without going overboard. He came back a few days later after we had a chance to look at the lighting at night, and we mutually agreed to add one more light. Now it is perfect! The sprinkler system also works well. He added extra zones once the job started at no additional charge beyond the original quote when he realized the system needed to be slightly bigger than originally estimated. His crew carefully picked all the rocks out of the dirt as they restored the trenches. I was happy with his work and the bang-for-the-buck compared to the other companies who gave us estimates. I would definitely recommend him and would use Don and "Sprinkler Solutions" again.

Don and his crew were great. They were very responsive after our initial call, he came over to assess the leak on a holiday. He said he would fix it that day, but would prefer to do it the next day since his crew was off for the holiday. He came out the next morning and fixed it early. One hidden leak was missed, but he came back and fixed at no extra job, ensuring the job was done right.

Don was professional and courteous when I first spoke with him by phone. He was able to respond promptly and worked my job in between a larger job, providing me with next day service. Once he located the source of the problem with my irrigation system (a zone was running/leaking when not turned on) he took the time to explain everything and offered me solution options before beginning the work. He was quick, fair, honest, informative, and reasonably priced. He also showed me how to avoid the same problem in the future. Great guy, great service! Will definitely use him again!

Wow, what a find! Thank you Angie's List, but even more important, THANK YOU DON! Service done the old fashion way, right and honest!! Sprinkler Solutions is a rare find in this world of "service providers". Don came by as promised, accessed the issue(s), gave me a honest diagnostic, and went to work after getting my approval. He worked on a much neglected system tenaciously, all day, while I was at work. Temps in the high 90's didn't stop his zest to complete the job as promised, on budget, as if it was his own home. I was truly impressed and would highly recommend this honest, hard working man to keep your irrigation system up to speed. He even is licensed to do annual inspections of systems as required in some GA counties. I was genuinely pleased with his work acumen, honesty, ability to listen to my concerns, and get the job done right the first time. If you want peace on mind when hiring a irrigation contractor, Don Russell (Sprinkler Solutions in Peachtree City) is the person for the job. First off, when you call he will almost certainly have a wait list. Based on the reviews I had read on here, i went on the wait list (about 3 weeks) and I am VERY glad I did. This is the 4th (at least) sprinkler company we have used in the past 15 years and by far, Sprinkler Solutions has done the best job. When I came up on the wait list they scheduled me immediately and came to do the work. The crew is small, but they know what they are doing and work quickly and efficiently. I was walked through every change and adjustment being done. Worth the wait and worth the money. If you don't have an emergency, just give him a call. Other reviewers said in emergency situations they came right out and did the work.

Mr. Russell and team were superb in their handling of each issue. We even had to track down a missing valve box and he did that quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing a new sprinkler system or an older one repaired.

I got them off Angie's List. Their attention to detail stood out. There was a line that they had to find because one of the sprinkler areas was not coming on and it took them a long time to find it but he was determined to find it.

So on yesterday (Sunday 6/21 Father's Day), I noticed that our backyard sprinklers would not stop running. So they ran all day Sunday. I cut off the water main line to the house overnight, so we didn't have any water overnight but wouldn't have the sprinkler system running throughout the night. I cut the main water line to the house back on Monday morning, which then triggered the sprinkler system to also start running continuously again. Monday morning around 10:30am, I checked Angie's list and found Sprinkler Solutions who seemed to have great ratings and also serviced the Fayetteville area. I called and immediately spoke to Cissy. She informed me that she and Donald were actually in the Fayetteville area working another job and could squeeze me in and were on the way to me. I was obviously VERY surprised with the promptness of their ability to service me, as they were at my house within 30 minutes of our phone call. Also, Cissy was very forthcoming on the phone about what I would be roughly paying and provided me with a Plan A or Plan B solution. They got to my house and immediately started looking for my sprinkler cut-off valve. Having just moved into the house 9 months ago, I had no idea where the sprinkler cut-off valve was in the front and/or backyard. So they did the searching and finally found the valve buried underneath some of the pine-straw landscaping. They were able to cut off my running sprinkler system in backyard, found and replaced the faulty sprinkler shut-off valve in the front yard, and alerted me to some of the other issues that I will need to address with my overall sprinkler setup. They also alerted me to another leak that I have next to my county water line. I really can't say enough about how pleased I was with the promptness, speed and customer service of Sprinkler Solutions. They were quick and saved us money on what could have been a very big water bill. I will use them again in the future to do my sprinkler overhaul in the Fall and I would refer ANYONE to them.
