Phil and the Routine Maintenance Crew did a fantastic job on our project. We had a hard time just getting anyone to price our job; no only did Routine Maintenance price it, they showed up ahead of schedule and completed it ahead of time. We could not be more pleased with the work done at our location.

It went very smoothly. Guys were diligent & meticulous, on-time, cleaned up, and very pleasant to have in my home.

The new door and windows are energy efficient and we could feel the difference immediately. The workmen were always on time, professional, and polite. Routine Maintenance has done quite a lot of work in our home over the years; the work was always done extremely well and the cost has always been competitive. It is often so difficult to get workers to show up on time, or at all, this has NEVER been the case with Routine Maintenance. They show when they say, they do a great job, and they are priced right. I definitely trust them in my home and will continue to use them in the future.

I have used Routine Maintenance for over ten years. They always do excellent work and I trust them completely. So when I had some rotting around a window I called them. The workman was polite and professional. He was totally focused on the job and didn't waste any time. I was very pleased.

Our house looks fantastic! Phil gave us good pricing and recommendations. Paul, Fred and the crew were so great to work with and we are so happy with the completed job. We look forward to hiring them in the future.

Overall work was very well done. Phil and Paul a pleasure to work with. Great help with ideas and suggestions. Team lead by Dustin worked well to handle all three projects over a few months.

From the estimate to the final work done, everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. Work was checked daily and we were kept informed of progress and pending work to be completed. We were completely satisfied. There were several other issues going on and we were very satisfied with the way their work continued and stayed "on-task" to completion.

I have used Routine Maintenance for approximately 20 years. They are reliable, do a good job at a multitude of different tasks. They are even installing Simonton Windows! Call them ...you wont be disappointed. I have recommended to friends and they have been pleased with the work as well.

Excellent! Considering what this company had to endure due to some unforeseen delays by elements of which they had little control I would give them an "A+! It wasn't just about the product or services they performed it was the people that made it a truly enjoyable experience. In todays world it's difficult if not almost impossible to find a company that really cares about you. I've always considered the finished product vey important but what is more important is the care afterwards. They performed way "outside the box" when it was necessary. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and then stand behind their work without question. Character, credibility and integrity seems to be the very backbone of this company. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to perform any services they provide. I can sleep at night and theres a lot to be said for that!

Routine Maintenance responds quickly, shows up on time, performs quality work, sends pleasant, professional workers, and guarantees their work. Their prices are a little higher than your fly-by-night maintenance people, but if you're looking for quality work that you can trust, they are the folks to call. They finished quite a bit of work in a short amount of time because I was trying to fix up a house and move into it. They prioritized and finished the most crucial jobs first. I was extremely pleased.

From start to finish, the crew was friendly, proficient, punctual, and trustworthy! They took extra care with my furnishings and even put back the blinds and curtains--what a nice surprise! I would definitely recommend Routine Maintenance.

I called and ask for them to come. They did not come as promised.

Absolutely the best. experience. I use Routine Maintenance for all my handyman and renovation. They called the night before and quickly got to work. While one guy did the outside repairs, another fixed the basement door. They finished quickly and removed all the old damaged piece.

Very professional and courteous. I had a few extras and changes at the last minute, and they were done with promptly and with no complaints or questions. We kept their cards and will use them again for future needs

Very well overall. Missed initial repair appointment but called explaining situation and rescheduled for following week. Fairly adjusted work $ on original estimate that did not need repair.

Things were very smooth. It did not take long to get the windows/glass or have them put in. The crew was timely, and trustworthy (I work, so they had my house to themselves throughout the install). It's going to be a lot warmer this winter!

Unfortunately, I had to call and check up on the estimate as it had not been submitted to me in 5 business days. When I called the estimate came in 24 hrs but it was 12% higher than another estimate I already received. Sorry to say that lack of follow up along with th ehigher price was the reason I chose another provider.

I appreciated their willingness to come right away, even when the roads weren't at their best.

Overall very happy with these guys. They are professional, punctual and honest. Not the least expensive, but you prboably get what you pay for these days. They are very capable to handle a large variety of jobs. Phil came out and surveyed the issue. A day or so later, he provided me with a detailed quote. I ended up getting about 6 quotes from various vendors, but went with Routine Maintenance. They came out and leveled the porch. They had to come out a second time to lift it up further, but they were "no questions asked" in coming out to make sure things were correct. They came out a third time to install a downspout. They also did a little concrete work, replaced a couple deck boards, paint touch-up and caulking. Phil was great at follow-up to make sure I was happy.

One of the brothers came out to give me the quote and I had a good experience. He just kept taking notes and when he came back with a detailed estimate, he broke out every sentence that I asked him about and I was very impressed with that so I hired them to do the work. They worked everyday until they finished the job. They did a good job. They were very thorough and very professional. I will absolutely use them again in the future.

After calling our local dealer in Peachtree City, leaving a msg. and not hearing back from them for an unacceptable amount of time, we called the main headquarters to see if there was another dealer in our area. We were told no, but that they (headquarters) would attempt to contact the Peachtree City dealer for us. We were eventually contacted and a date scheduled for an estimate. Fast forward to the date of service. Only after performing the service were we told that it would take 6 weeks to fully see the defogging affect. We were told, only then, that the windows would actually look worse at first, but over 6 weeks would gradually improve. This did not bode well with us as we were listing our house for sale only a few days after the defogging service, and the idea was to have the windows fully repaired. We would not have taken the defogging route had we known that the windows would look worse at first (an understatement by the way). Fast forward to the prerequisite 6 weeks to see the miracle of the defogging system. The windows still looked worse then they had before they were "defogged". We called and were told we would get a complimentary retreat. After the retreat, the windows still looked terrible. We were told to patiently wait another 6 weeks after the retreat in order for the defogging to take affect. Meanwhile we have buyers touring our home and providing feedback to us that they were concerned about the fogged windows, precisely the scenario we were trying to avoid. After the additional 6 weeks, 12 weeks total, all three windows still looked worse than they had before they had been "defogged". We opted to call a glass repair company (see my great review on them) to just have the glass replaced. So after paying approximately $450.00 to Routine Maintenance, and authorized Window Medics Dealer, we ended up paying another $425.00 to have the glass replaced. We could have just skipped the miracle "defogging" system and paid $425.00 up front to have the glass replaced (yes even cheaper than defogging--duh!). Our main concern with glass replacement was that there would be a terrible mess and repair process to take the windows apart, etc. Our glass repair guy was awesome. You couldn't even tell he had been there after he replaced the glass. If the fogged window glass had not been new, clean and clear after his service, I wouldn't have even known he was there. He didn't have to disassemble our 30+ year old windows after all. Save your money, replace, don't defog.
