We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. Jason took the time too meet with our insurance adjuster and walk him through his review and assessment of the roofs state. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!

I am a very satisfied customer. I had my roof, gutters, and awnings replaced by PGRS after a hail storm a few years ago. I also recently had the drip edge installed. I had estimates by 4 different companies but ultimately chose PGRS because of Jason Loyd, the sales rep. I was most impressed by Jason because he was very personable and courteous. He was patient and answered all of my questions (of which I had about a million). Lol. He explained everything very thoroughly. He is a great 1st impression for the company. Good move PGRS. Jason has great People/Soft skills. My interactions with other staff members have been just as positive. I have not had any problems with my roof, gutters, or awnings. If I do, I have the utmost confidence that PGRS will do their best to resolve any issues. I read a few of the negative comments here and I will say that customers are NOT always right! Companies should be expected to do their best, which PGRS does. Some customers have unrealistic expectations from companies. Positive experiences are had when each party does their best. Customers have responsibilities for their people skills too! If PGRS could leave reviews on their customers, some of us would never have businesses wanting to work with us at all. In conclusion...PGRS is a great company to work with. Communicating with them is easy and professional. I highly recommend them!

Edward Rollins at PGRS came to my house to inspect the gutters. He told me they would take care of the problem and there would be NO CHARGE! He then sent some pressure cleaners to clean the gutters. Next he sent out his gutter specialist who immediately realized in needed an additional downspout in a lower corner of the roof to handle the water flow. He also placed end caps on the gutters so birds could no longer nest in them. In another area he placed screening to handle the water flow. During each phase of the operation Ed Rollins would call me to ensure my satisfaction with the work that was done. I received the same attention I got when they installed the roof and gutters/covers and were being paid. Amazing. In my experience, it is rare to find reputable people like Ed Rollins and PGRS. They stand behind their work and place the customer first. Even 5 years later. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof or gutters and covers.

My wife scheduled an appointment to have an estimate created the morning of 4/10/13. The representative did not show up or call. My wife called back, and a new appointment was made for 9:00 AM 4/15/13. As of 12:00 PM 4/15/13 the representative has not shown up or called.

I wouldn't use them.

We had a good experience when Ryan came to assist with the estimate. We were comfortable with his knowlege and apparent ability to work with us on exactly what the husband was requesting.
