On time and finished ahead of time

My husband and I had a deck repair done by Roland on September 30, 2023. Once he completed the repair we were satisfied, but that was short lived. Months after the repair, my husband and I started to notice that the boards started lifting and that the deck did not seem as stable as it did after he repaired it. We contacted Roland to let him know the issues we were having and if he could come out to rectify the issuers since there is a year warranty on material and labor. We spoke with him on 6/13 which he acknowledge that he received our photos that we sent and said he would try to get out to our property to check the deck. 6/18, no answer we left a message. 6/20 my husband spoke with Roland and again he said he would come out to the property and look. My final attempt 6/25 were I called from a different number and he answered. He then said he was out of town and and he would follow up with us once he returned. He stated he would text or call my husband to set up a time. No call, No text as of today. I really wish we went with someone else. I am so disappointed and thought that using Angies list to located a credible company was a great way to find a contractor. I guess I was wrong.

The stairs turned out beautifully done. Mr. Roland and his assistant were very professional with excellent inter-personal skills. I strongly recommend his company.

Roland Remodeling arrived on-time to quote the iron railings and brick repairs I needed for my front porch. Roland was very professional and his quote was reasonable. They were able to complete the job the same day. He explained clearly what he was going to do and provided pics along the way. They did a great job and highly I recommend their services.

Jacob came out next day after I posted for wood steps and porch repair. He gave me a bid I liked, and he and his crew were out the same day and completed my project in about six hours. Great job!

I needed deck stairs repaired and they came out and said they could do it the same day. Me and my dogs were at risk of falling and so when they said they could do the repair the same day I said yes. They did a great job.

He called the day after we posted the job and started the next day. He gave an excellent price and did great work. We had to clear a lot away from the pasture fence so he could paint and he and the crew helped with that as well.

Jacob was VERY PROFESSIONAL AND ON TIME. He even offered suggestions which made my job a lot smoother. He was able to install and flush out smoothly a Murphy door that at least 5 other pros admittedly said they can not do. I would definitely hire Jacob again. Iâ m already planning on having him do my countertop in my master suite
