Chris is a star! He is a true profession, who showed up immediately. He is full of integrity, which is a rare asset these days. Although, no fault of his, the snake I hired him for was not ascertained. He worked tirelessly to .find it. I highly recommend this company. They should all be like Chris.

Customer service from the staff I was in contact with was very professional, friendly, and understanding. They answered/helped me with all my concerns immediately. My assigned service manager Chris is the best!! He was able to conduct my free inspection and start treatment the same day!! He saw the fear I had towards the rodents, and did everything he could to claim me down to assure me it would be ok. He explained to me what the problems were, how to treat them, and the results of the treatment. He didn't have the attitude as if he was only trying to sale me services, he showed concern, and this was a plus for me. The treatment just started on 12/27/2016, so I will do a review on those services at a later time.

Out of all the pest control companies they were the most knowledgeable and willing to resolve the issue. I had a great experience. While they are currently in treatment stage I will see how they continue to do but they are great so far.

Resolve Pest Control made the decision to hire them as our pest control service very easy! The owner was in contact with me via phone and email prior to my appointment and answered any questions I could have imagined. The technician made the appointment on time, and really knew what he was talking about when it came to pests and pest control. Gave us some great advice on how to approach our neighbors about a possible mosquito problem! Resolve Pest Control is a winner for sure! And the prices are fantastic! No pressure to do anything you don't want or need like some companies.

The service I received from both the owner and technician was exceptional. The owner listened to my needs and explained the appropriate services and prices. The prices were reasonable. The technician was timely, thorough and friendly walking me through all actions conducted. He was very considerate of my wood floors removing his shoes prior to completing service inside the home. I received the VIP treatment...very impressive!

The technician came out and removed to large bee hives from my front lawn. He sprayyed the area 1st and then removed the hives. He said they had been there for a while, possible since no one ever disturbed the area. He said from this point on, we shouldn't have anymore problems. I would recommend this company to anyone
