Description of Work: I am the building manager at the City Of Refuge Ministries. Ray Houston has done various paint jobs for. Including my apartment at the church.

+ -1 moreIT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HE ESSENTIALLY RAN OFF WITH OUR MONEY. HE WOULD NOT FINISH THE JOB AND HE WILL NOT CONTACT US TO GET TO A RESOLUTION.
Description of Work: We contracted him to paint our house and we ended up giving him more money because he thought he needed it. Then he left and never finished the work.
