They did a great job!!!

The owner came to give an estimate, and within two weeks my carpet was re-stretched. The men who came were professional and efficient. In addition, they left everything as they found it, and cleaned up completely.

From the initial on-site measurements and estimate, Mayfield was very good. They had an eye to "do it right" and to make the most efficient use of the carpet purchased. They took care of some long-term floor squeaks in the process. The end result was so much better than what we had previously.

They were very thorough, responsive and courteous, and they worked with us to get to what we wanted to spend. Their estimated price was $1775. Their rates on the carpeting were very competitive, and we were very close to going with them. However, my wife liked one carpet that another company offered, and they also matched Mayfield’s price. At that point in time, that did the trick, and we decided to go with the other company. It was basically my wife’s decision. We sure would use Mayfield Carpet in the future if necessary.

I have used Mayfield on numerous occasions for both my personal home and several rental properties I own for carpet and laminate flooring.. They always provide a great product at a great price. More importantly, their attention to detail separates them from any other vendor I use. From the initial inspection, measurement and quote, to the clean up after the install, I can rely on Mayfield to do it right and exceed my expectations. It is a pleasure to deal with a family owned company that has been doing such fine work for such a long period of time.

The entire process from start to finish was just great, no problems what so ever. I would highly recommend Mayfield Carpet and will use them again myself.

The Mayfield's were punctual, friendly and very helpful during the entire process. They provided information on their products and made suggestions of the best products for our lifestyle. Installation was on time and on schedule. Due to a leak that we were unaware of an area of the laminate in the livingroom buckled from moisture. Mayfield's came out and repaired the area at no charge although they didn't have to. We are very happy with the carpet and flooring.
