+ -1 moreRyan is professional, kind, and goes over the top in terms of performance. His rates are super reasonable. At this point, I have provided him full access to our facility and have tasked him with updating equipment as needed. He is very trustworthy as I don't hand out keys easily.
Description of Work: We use a kiosk check in system at our church. We've had issues upon issues and almost invested in all new hardware as we couldn't get through a Sunday morning without issues. Ryan came in and updated all our computers' software (about 20 computers) and we haven't had an issue since - 100% smooth sailing. Not only did Ryan do a fantastic job - he saved us thousands of dollars by not having to purchase all new hardware!
