+ -1 moreWould not respond to a leak and would not come over and repair the leak. I had to hire somebody else to do the job. I paid more than $30,000 to have a top of the line roof put on, and know it was done correctly. I have a 50 year warranty on the roof, and to have the company not respond to a leak just isn't good business. I feel I have been cheated by this company.
Description of Work: They put a new roof on for me in 2014 and was supposed to replace the roof stacks but they didn't.

+ 0 moreIdeal did a great job. The salesman was responsive and thorough until the job was complete. I was very happy with the quality of the work, the appearance of the roof and gutter system, and the cleanup afterwards. The pricing was on par with the insurance adjustment, and a lower price quoted by the salesman was honored by the company. Then, after almost a year, the company sent a representative to check on a leak and replaced an attic vent cover.
Description of Work: Replaced entire roof, including gutters and downspouts in June of last year (2013). Then returned in May of this year to replace an attic vent cover.
