I left a telephone message for this company and another plumber Sunday evening and FitxGerald's called back promptly the following morning. The another company never did. There was an appointment available the same day, but I opted for today. Their plumber called me ahead of time, but arrived somewhat later than he led me to expect. Nevertheless, his assessment and work were energetic, courteous, and professional. Incidentally, he said many customers ask about an Angie's List discount, but he has confirmed that none is available.

They were great, no complaints with them. They were on always on time. I was very happy with them and the service provided. They were very professional and charged a fair price. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with the work that this company did. They did a good job cleaning up and we have not had any more problems since the work was done. They were courteous and polite. I also thought they were experienced and professional.

They were very prompt, courteous and friendly. They completed the work in less time than I expected. They cleaned up everything, even removing old cinder blocks where the old water heater was placed on. When a trench was dug to run water to the backyard, they replanted everything, cleaned off the walkway.

This was a job we were dreading. They quickly located the leak inside our house in the kitchen. Crew had trouble getting through slab with a jackhammer (2-hrs) because the concrete was turning to dust instead of breaking up. Crew worked quickly and diligently to get the job done. Very professional and courteous. They used drop cloths from the kitchen leading outside to their truck. Clean-up was excellent. We were very pleased.

I called company and set up a date and time for the repair. The repair person showed up on time. The repairman was professionally dressed, polite, knowledgeable, and repaired our toilet quickly. I was very impressed with this company, and will definitely use this company again! The price is mid-range. A little more than a one-man company; however, they are worth the price.

Response was timely and the team arrived on time, as promised. Leak was detected and repaired without disruption. Representatives were friendly and knowledgeable.

IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 1.5 HOURS TO COMPLETE THEIR TASK, BUT WHEN THEY WERE DONE, EVERYTHING WAS BACK TO NORMAL AND WORKED LIKE NEW. I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED.
