Description of Work: I called him and based on his knowledge, said he could give me a quote over the phone. As I had stairs a with a chair lift, I told him I did not want any surprises and that I wanted him to see the jobsite and give me a firm quote. He came the next day. He was very professional then and while doing the job on the agreed upon date and time. We are very pleased with the results. The carpets and stairs appear 'brand new'. |

+ -1 moreThis was an excellent experience. It only took two hours for most of the rooms to dry. The stairs took a little longer. This is the fastest drying I've ever experienced. All previous carpet cleaning has taken 4+ hours to dry. The carpet looked and smelled like new. We have two dogs and two cats and they put a lot of wear and fur on the carpet. Todd also left us with a spray bottle of cleaner to take care of any future spots. It took one week before the cat threw up on the clean carpet and the spray worked great, easy clean up.
Description of Work: Todd is sole owner of the company. He gave me an estimate on the phone based on the number of rooms I quoted him. He was a little late but called to say he was on his way. He was also very flexible because I had to move the appt from Monday to Tuesday with 2 hours notice. He cleaned stairs, a master bedroom and retreat, a den and familyroom. He told me before he started how long it would take and how long we would need to allow the carpet to dry.
