Description of Work: I had several rooms painted in my house. Juan and his group did a very professional job. They were very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and showed up on time. When I found an area that needed to be touched up, they were very responsive in returning to make the corrections. I would definitely use Certapro again.

Description of Work: Came for quote and let me know that color consultant would contact me. They followed up once and I let them know that I hadn't heard from the color consultant. They said they would check with her..... Two months later and still nothing.

Description of Work: DONE NO WORK. CREW SHOWED UP AND INCREASED EST 25% I TOLD THEM NO AND THEY LEFT. NOTE HAD A WRITTEN ESTIMATE. THIS WAS USELESS.

When the original estimate was done for (deleted member name) he never mentioned that he was changing the color of the entire house. The Contract clearly stated on one coat of paint, but because of all the color changes the job would require 2 coats. We where not informed of the changes until the the day of the job. I informed (deleted member name) that the additional work and materials changed the scope of the work that was agreed to and would increase the price of the job. I was upfront with (deleted member name) and didn't want to start the job before we had a new agreement that reflected the changes to the contract. I felt bad about what had happened and pressure washed the home for no charge. I don't feel we where at fault here, we where ready and willing to preform the work that we where contracted for but not willing to do all the 2nd. coating of the home for free.

Gary Mercer is the owner and provided us with a detailed estimate fo the work to be done. His work crew were well organized and completed the work very efficiently and the work performed was very high quality. The crew provided the paint and matched the color to the existing trim color.
Description of Work: Repair and paint dry wall cracks in my living room, repair a number of window casings around the house to include sill replacement on some windows and painting all window sills and brick moulds. Scrape prime and paint a two story deck on the house.

Certapro did a super job. They arrived on time and completed ahead of schedule. The color matches (stucco and trim) were perfect. Spray and brushes were used and done with expertise. Lines were as straight as could be. Upon completion of the job the entire area was cleaned / blown free of debris. I would definitely recommend and use them again.
Description of Work: Pained the entire exterior of our two story 3,000 sq. ft home. Stucco and and trim.

Worst paint work I've ever seen.
Description of Work: All interior and shutters. These guys are either new to painting or just don't see the poor quality work they do. They forgot to sand most of the patchwork, couldn't make a straight line when cutting in between wall and trim, and just missed areas too numerous to mention. They came back a second time and still couldn't fix their mistakes. Gary offered to come back again, but I've had enough. I will either hire a quality painter or just fix it myself.

Member Comments are not fairto our company, Member is claiming that we Got paint all over his trim and don't know howto cut paint lines. When Member called me with these concerns we where out to his house within 1 hour addressing his concerns, We spent the beter part of the whole day trying to make him happy. I explained to Member that the paint on his trim was from a pevious paint job and not ours, Ishowed him that the paint was a different color and didn't match the new colors. I have since been in contact with Member to try and set up a time when we can end a differen crew to his house and the other painters mistakes at my cost and he has yet to give me a chance to fix the problems. I'm Very sorry Member feels this was but in his own Words " maybe I'm being to picky". I run a five star business I'm sorry Member feels this way, however I belive in service after te sale and we have to be given a chance to fix the problems even if they are not our own.
