Rich Van Oft is the most knowledgeable individual in the field of concrete coatings in the Southeast. I met Rich 10 years ago while considering re-surfacing a pool deck. Rich explained in depth why the surface needed to be ground off and then coated. I did NOT go that route at the time due to an expected sale of the home. Three years ago, we built a new home and I called Rich to come and put one of his coatings on my garage floor. Start to finish, his team was the most professional of all the contractors I dealt with on my home. This floor is the most pristine, beautiful, easy to clean floor I could have imagined. The value is overwhelming. I could have coated the floor for less money but never would I have gotten such value!
