It was not very good at all. I was really highly suspicious of what he did. He came up here, did the inspection real quickly, told me that there was nothing wrong with my roof and then didn't leave an invoice. He told me that he didn't have any and he ran out. He said he was going to send me something and never did. So I was not really thrilled with that one. I didn't feel very confident because he was rushing through it. I think the price was reasonable.

There was a problem with this offer. Anglis list say that there will be 150 repiar towards the service. THat is not correct. We have minimum $300 service fee for any work. it was not mentioned. Provdied did what they were supposed to do but Angies list offer is not clear.

Said gutters were fine, but also said we needed new gutters. Our gutters and downspouts were very clogged and in dire need of cleaning. We were told the debris would eventually decompose so we didn't need to clean them. We were given an estimate for new gutters and downspouts. We feel as though all we did was pay someone to give us an estimate on things we don't need. We would not recommend this vendor.

Mark Cortez (owner) is friendly and very helpful through the whole entire process. His crew was prompt - thorough and did a nice job with the roofing work and clean up both! They worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the follow-up and when I asked for a trim piece to be tacked down in a different way - a crew was sent back out promptly and the adjustment was made with no issues. Great service.

I was very impressed. The crew worked quickly, made sure there were no leaks around the chimney, and worked very hard to make sure the chimney was completely water tight. I had leaks before the work, none afterwards. They made sure I was completely satisifed before they left, and came back a week later to make sure everything was still good. I would use them again, and happily recommend them.

HE REPLACED MY ROOF AND SKYLIGHTS, BUT THEN AS SOON IT STARTED RAINING AND IT LEAKED IN 2 PLACES AROUND THE SKYLIGHT. HE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. HE CLAIMED THAT IT WAS DUE TO THE SKYLIGHTS BEING OLD, WHEN IN FACT THEY WERE NOT OLD BECAUSE HE HIMSELF REPLACED THE SKYLIGHTS WHEN HE DID THE ROOFING JOB FOR ME. HE PUT SOME SPRAY PAINT WHERE THE LEAK WAS TO TRY AND COVER IT UP. BUT THE CONSTANT RAINS BROUGHT IT OUT AGAIN AND LOOKS LIKE IT IS LEAKING BELOW THE SKYLIGHTS AGAIN IN THE SAME PLACE.
