It was not very good at all. I was really highly suspicious of what he did. He came up here, did the inspection real quickly, told me that there was nothing wrong with my roof and then didn't leave an invoice. He told me that he didn't have any and he ran out. He said he was going to send me something and never did. So I was not really thrilled with that one. I didn't feel very confident because he was rushing through it. I think the price was reasonable.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal from them. They came in to do a roof inspection and tune-up if there was anything that needed to be done.

Description of Work: We had the roofer out because we had some shingles that had come lose on our roof. We wanted them to come out and reattach the shingles that had come lose. They came out and said that a huge section on the back of the roof needed to be replaced for a cost of $1500.00. I explained that at this time I couldn't afford to replace the whole roof but I would like for them to go up and at least reattach the shingles that were falling down. (It was just a small section and the shingles are still attached on one side, they just needed to be nailed up on the other side) Once on the roof it probably would have taken them less than five minutes to do this job. He refused to do this for me. So I wasted $49.00. I could have called anyone out for free to give me a free estimate, but instead I paid $49.00 for nothing. Actually I probably will never use Angies list again because of this experience. Who can I talk to about cancelling my membership?

Description of Work: They offered a coupon on Angies List for a roof tune-up, however when the guy showed up he refused to do the tune-up, saying the coupon should not have been offered. I did have my money returned. It was not a problem, I had someone else come out and do it, however I did not get the service that was advertised and paid for.

Description of Work: The service person did check our roof and reported that he saw no problems. Not long after that we had leaks in two area of the roof. Called another Angie's list roofer and they came took pictures explained what they found and repaired the problems on the roof and around the chimney.

There was a problem with this offer. Anglis list say that there will be 150 repiar towards the service. THat is not correct. We have minimum $300 service fee for any work. it was not mentioned. Provdied did what they were supposed to do but Angies list offer is not clear.

He came up with some really good ideas about the ventilation of the roof. I saw spots of light and I thought we had holes in the roof. He said that it had to be patched and he came up with the bid for the ventilation system for patching up the holes. I sought a second opinion. It turned out that the holes weren't holes. They're part of the socket system and they already have screens over them. I would have paid $700 to repair something that didn't need the repair. The quote for the ventilation system was $2500. He was very nice and he seemed very experienced. I thought he was very informative. I hoped that his inspection might have been a little more thorough. It wasn't quite what I expected. The regular roofer would have come out for free and would have done that anyway. He was very forthcoming. He didn't drag out the inspection. He was pretty quick about it.
Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for Zetroc Roofing Inc. The deal was for the roof tune-up and inspection with $100 credit towards repairs. They gave me a quote. He did go up on the roof.

This is Lisa with Zetroc Roofing, Inc. I have been the contact person on your scheduling with us through Angie's List messaging. I want to explain a little bit about what happen regarding your coupon purchase. The deal went out for 6/1/14 - 6/8/14 . Those were the only days this deal could be purchased. This particular coupon was worded horribly and was very misleading. This $49 coupon actually led the customer to believe that they would get hundreds of dollars of roofing repair work for the coupon price as well as $100 of any "additional" repair work. Which is really unrealistic. Once we realized what the coupon actually read to our customers, which was several days into the purchase period, we notified Angie's List and asked them to immediately to stop this offer. Your coupon purchase was on 6/17/14. This is why , as soon as I noticed that you had purchased the deal I asked you to contact Angie's List for a full refund of the coupon. Please do not think that we would'nt make it right with you should it be an error on our part. That's not the was we treat people or do business. I have spoke to my account manager at Angie's regarding this matter and several others that where mislead by this coupon, and they assure me that they will make the next coupon very clear as to what my customers can expect for their money. If you could contact me here at the office, id really like to see if we can make things right between everyone. Its really unfortunate to see an 'F" on my reviews due to a coupon issue. Said gutters were fine, but also said we needed new gutters. Our gutters and downspouts were very clogged and in dire need of cleaning. We were told the debris would eventually decompose so we didn't need to clean them. We were given an estimate for new gutters and downspouts. We feel as though all we did was pay someone to give us an estimate on things we don't need. We would not recommend this vendor.

Mark Cortez (owner) is friendly and very helpful through the whole entire process. His crew was prompt - thorough and did a nice job with the roofing work and clean up both! They worked quickly and efficiently. I was pleased with the follow-up and when I asked for a trim piece to be tacked down in a different way - a crew was sent back out promptly and the adjustment was made with no issues. Great service.

I was very impressed. The crew worked quickly, made sure there were no leaks around the chimney, and worked very hard to make sure the chimney was completely water tight. I had leaks before the work, none afterwards. They made sure I was completely satisifed before they left, and came back a week later to make sure everything was still good. I would use them again, and happily recommend them.

HE REPLACED MY ROOF AND SKYLIGHTS, BUT THEN AS SOON IT STARTED RAINING AND IT LEAKED IN 2 PLACES AROUND THE SKYLIGHT. HE DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. HE CLAIMED THAT IT WAS DUE TO THE SKYLIGHTS BEING OLD, WHEN IN FACT THEY WERE NOT OLD BECAUSE HE HIMSELF REPLACED THE SKYLIGHTS WHEN HE DID THE ROOFING JOB FOR ME. HE PUT SOME SPRAY PAINT WHERE THE LEAK WAS TO TRY AND COVER IT UP. BUT THE CONSTANT RAINS BROUGHT IT OUT AGAIN AND LOOKS LIKE IT IS LEAKING BELOW THE SKYLIGHTS AGAIN IN THE SAME PLACE.
