Dear [member name removed], I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the outcome of your service. Because customer satisfaction is so important to us, I took some time to discuss your account with our Sales Manager and Field Manager so that I could get a better idea of what may have gone wrong. First, I can tell you that while we do sell the $29 treatment as a single service, we communicate to all of our customers that this is meant as an initial treatment at a discounted price, in the hopes that you will choose our continuous service. The treatment will kill weeds within a few weeks of application, but it takes regular treatments over a period of time to rid your lawn of weeds completely. This is why our basic program consists of 7 treatments per year, including pre and post emergent weed control and slow release granular fertilizer. This is communicated to all of our customers prior to initial treatment. I do show a note on your account, however, stating that we were unable to contact you. So I apologize if that was not communicated effectively to you. Please know that we go to great lengths to use top quality products and to provide one of the best lawn maintenance programs in the business. If at any time a customer is not happy with their results, we will come and do a retreat for free. This is outlined in the paperwork that we leave hanging on the door following your treatment. Again, I apologize that you were less than pleased with your results, and wish you would have called us in June to give us the opportunity to correct the situation.
