Everything started very well. Provider was responsive and returned calls in a timely manner. Work crew appeared on time and all were very pleasant. I was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. The lighting in the kitchen was completed and I was well satisfied with it was completed but crew had to return to finish wiring in the attic and basement. They returned the next day and finished most of the work except for a bit in the attic and some in the basement. One technician was to return the following Monday to finish work in the attic and basement which included installing coax cable in the basement. He did return and finished work in the attic but didn't have the coax cable. He promised to come back with it the following day but that was the last we heard of him. My husband ended up installing the coax cable himself. The wiring in the basement was installed but the switches were not all hooked up. One outlet that connects to other outlets which was operational before the technicians did their work but no longer works after the technicians connected new wiring. There are about three switches in the basement that are not hooked up and we don't know what they connect to. I called Troy Bettis many times to see if someone would come and finish the job but he didn't answer my calls and his voice mail was full so I couldn't leave a message. The job started out so well, but ended in a great disappointment. Unfortunately, we paid for the entire service but it wasn't completed. My ratings are mixed because the job started so well but ended badly. The beginning of the job was so professional but the end was so unprofessional. If this were two separate jobs, my ratings would have been completely opposite to each other, one very good and one very bad. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to differentiate between them. So disappointed. I'd just like to have someone come out and complete the work.
Description of Work: Installation of undercounter lighting and two overhead lights in kitchen. Installation of wiring in basement and attic.

TROY(OWNER)WAS DEFINITELY ON TIME. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM ON SCHEDULING, HE WOULD ALWAYS CALL AHEAD. HE SPENT OVER 7 HOURS INSTALLING & LABELING THE CIRCUITS. I HAD CONTACTED OTHER MAJOR COMPANIES THAT QUOTED 3 TIMES THE PRICE OVER THE PHONE WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT. THE COMPLETED PRODUCT WAS FAR SUPERIOR AND FAR EXCEEDED CODE REQUIREMENTS. THIS COMPANY IS TREMENDOUS ON RESPONSIVENESS AND COST EFFICIENCY. A VERY RESPONSIVE & CARING COMPANY. KUDOS TO THIS COMPANY!!
Description of Work: THEY ACTUALLY REPLACED/INSTALLED A COMPLETE ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX FOR THE ENTIRE HOME ELECTRICAL SYSTEM.
