I personally checked all safety switches could not find problem. Replaced old solenoid with a new one and mower would not start. Took it to Dillard Brothers explain what I did and they basically did the same thing, replaced new solenoid with another new solenoid plus 2 hours labor Took mower home and it would not start. Return mower to Dillard Brothers, they discovered it was a PTO switch. Replaced switch and now mower starts. Young man at service counter rude acted as if I was bothering him by being their. Asked about replacing new solenoid with another. He blew me off told me the new solenoid was a bad solenoid. I didn’t expect a brake, that type of customer service died 20 years ago. Biggest problem to me was his crapy attitude. Piece of dog squize.

Lousy service. Lousy repair. I brought my chainsaw in after it had backfired and would not start. They kept it for a month "waiting for parts". That didn't bother me as much as the final charge of 350.00 parts & labor. I was never consulted about the cost before the work was performed. The chainsaw only cost 575.00 new. I paid the bill anyway because I like the saw. I've had trouble with the starter mechanism locking up ever since the repair. I won't use them again.
