+ -1 moreKevin Hearn, the owner, arrives when he says he will, under most circumstances. He's great about calling to let you know if something comes up. He and his helper are extremely courteous and will also explain anything you're unsure about. If you DON'T need something, he won't sell it to you! That's difficult to find in a company these days. We have used this company for 14 years at multiple addresses and for multiple family members. We refer all the time. Hearn has gotten extremely busy these days and is somewhat difficult to reach, but he's great at what he does and he's HONEST! We love him!

+ 0 moreHearn as ALWAYS shown up in a timely fashion (once they make an appointment, they keep it), repaired when possible (to a fault, if it can be repaired, they don't try to sell you a new one!) and been extremely professional. The company has gotten extremely busy and sometimes difficult to reach, but they do get to you and they do what they say they'll do. We are very pleased!
Description of Work: This time, Hearn serviced the air conditioning system in my sister's condo. The company handles all of our A/C systems right now and has done so for years. When they have time, they also repair our appliances, etc.
