The overall quality of the cabinets installed in my home was substandard. The finish on the cabinets looked smudged, faded and discolored and several panels had to be replaced, the door handles were not aligned properly, the color of the molding did not match the shade of the doors. Part of the order was delivered with the wrong color and only after an email was produced proving the correct order, did the company rectify the situation. The drawers were manufactured with a pre-constructed plastic side runner with metal insert (not tung and groove) and when a drawer facing actually snapped off when the plastic piece broke, the company did not answer my phone calls or emails about helping with a possible remedy. This amounted to overall poor quality control and total lack of follow up necessary for customer satisfaction. My recommendation for anyone searching out a cabinet company is to look elsewhere, even if the price estimate comes in higher. Trust me, it saves a lot of headache in the long run if you get a quality product from a company that will stand by it.
