They were both wearing masks for safety...My appointment was scheduled for 3pm...they called 15 minutes out and were right on time. They sent me email confirmation on site. Finished the job quickly and were very personable.

Worked with me on fair pricing, came as expected, easy transaction.

They didnt0 show up with an appropriate vehicle and tried charging me $250. When I told her I could borrow my neighbors van and dump for little cost she them said let us help you out and lowered the price to a 100. I still felt that was a little high since it was no more than 30 minutes of their time to load the vehicle and drop at the goodwill near me. I dont like being taken advantage of and I wont call again for this very reason. They were polite enough and quick but dont treat me like I'm stupid and not know the value of the time involved.

I would recommend them to anyone who needs a small removal done.

They went above and beyond! They have great customer service!

They left streaks on the windows, really bad when the sun shines through. The top windows in the great room will be hard for us to reach to fix. Not happy!
